I don't usually write reviews, but I had to actually sit down and write one for BiteUp. I have been recently focusing on getting back into shape, and eating right. I noticed as I was slimming down I didn't have as sharp of a jawline like I used to. I did extensive research trying to find exercises, tools, etc to help with this problem and then I came across BiteUp. Now don't get me wrong I didn't expect a miracle to happen, nor massive jaw muscles like you see on tiktok models, but I was pleasantly surprised on how well the beginners and advanced BiteUp help tone my jawline.I saw other competitors offering various colors or bundling together numerous items, I initially tried them but had to instantly return. I'm not sure what type of silicon they use or what china factory makes their products, but no thank you. I wasn't comfortable putting an inferior quality, chemically infused product into my mouth, thats an instant no.Diving into the packaging and presentation, I was quite pleased on the overall presentation and quality of the exerciser. It is made with FDA approved, food grade silicon which is fantastic. The exerciser is very thick, well made, looks like its made to last. The case is a nice plus as its great to throw it into my bag as I head to work, or want to exercise the jaw as I sit in traffic. Additionally, one of my favorite facts about BiteUp is that its an American company, and I wanted to continue to support my local businesses.Overall my thoughts on BiteUp is that its fantastic, its helped me so far and I look forward to continuing its use to help tone my jawline further.

This product will provide a workout for your jaw. However, it will quickly wear down your teeth. My dentist informed me I was wearing my teeth down. Save your teeth. Do not buy this product.

Being able to strengthen my jaw by using my molars makes this much more natural to use than other products on the market. It's well made, and a week in I can already feel it positively affecting my jaw.That said, I'm starting slowly by doing 1 minute a day for the first few days, and now I'm up to 90 seconds. I'm sure I'll get to the recommended 5-10 minutes a day down the road, but I'm going by the fatigue level in my masseter muscles and stopping when they've been worked, but not going to muscle failure. I'd recommend you go at whatever pace works for you and increase incrementally.

I'm elated that I went with this product over it's different style competition.Within a week of using the BITEUP jaw, face and neck exerciser ( 5 minutes every night before bed), I could feel and see the results! My jawline is toned and my face muscles are getting an amazing workout. Especially around my cheekbones.Really loving that the only teeth you are using for the BITEUP, are your stronger molars which are more so connected to your jaw bones in the back as opposed to your somewhat fragile canines up front. Super comfy as the silicone mold fits perfectly. Absolutely no tooth pain but you can sure feel it in your jaw and face muscles after just 5 minutes. I highly recommend this product if you're looking to tone your face and jaw line muscles. I'm excited to see the long term results! TY- BITEUP peeps!Update 2/6/22Ughhh!! So much for a raving review.I was really getting into my groove and then sadly, just the other day my BITEUP busted. Its useless as where you exert the most influence in your jaw, the silicone has ripped.Unfortunately, this had to happen outside of my return/ exchange window.It appears your product is unavailable and the email address you included with the BITEUP is no longer in service.Hoping once you get more inventory, your company has a warranty and will be able to make this right.TY

Great product! Fast shipping, nicely packaged. Comes with directions on how to use it. Smooth and doesn't hurt my teeth, which makes it very comfortable to use. Helps with toning jaw line muscles. I can already see the difference after one week of using it, but will update my review once I see long-term results!

Hi, I got the beginner blue exerciser. It broke on the second week of use. I am buying the advanced one because the shape felt right. Hope it doesn't break this time.

So I have been exercising my jaw for about a year now and I am very familiar with these devices. I purchased this under the assumption that the reviews on here where from individuals who knew what they’re talking about. And that the reviews were actually real. Unfortunately neither assumption was the case. The design of this device is to large for my mouth. The ridges and in the design collect saliva that makes you wanna throw up. The awkwardness of the device makes me gag. It’s very difficult to clean because of the way it was designed. The saliva collects between the ridges does not dry overnight. I purchased the black one and it’s not enough weight for my level of advance, and this is my fault. I wish they would have made them smaller without the weird ridges in the middle and maybe I would be able to tolerate it because it does give me some exercise in the jaw area especially in the lines that on the side of my mouth which are my problem areas. However, I find it absolutely disgusting in my mouth because of the collection of saliva and how big and awkward it feels. Two words I have to describe this is yikes and gross

Unlike most products, this product is designed to exercise using your back teeth rather than front teeth, which in my opinion is the safer way to exercise. I also like that it is one single piece, which makes it easy to handle. After using it for a few days, I can already notice the difference in my jaw muscles. Definitely one of the best products that I have seen on the market!

I was enjoying this product and the results of it while it lasted. But I was unable to get a full months use out of it before the rubber split on both sides. Now the product is useless.
