Favorite non traditional chili crisp (Moroccan)
I originally purchased this on sale at my local grocery and LOVE the Moroccan chili crisp specifically. It's not very spicy but has great flavor and is a good alternative to the usual Chinese chili crisps I gravitate towards.

So tasty!
I love this product! I read about Chile Crisp on a cooking page that I follow. I had never heard of it before. After some research I found this product on Amazon and bought a gift pack that had 3 flavors in it. Who knew there were so many flavors?!? Anyway, this is the 2nd time I've purchased this flavor. I use it on many, many different things, but my go to is rice. Indian Chile Crisp adds such a complexity of flavor. It is spicy, and crunchy, and has many different spices in it. It also has pieces of garlic, black beans and candied ginger in it. I also use it on Kim Chi and sauerkraut, which I know sound really weird, but it is sooo good. I highly recommend this product. It is a staple in my pantry.

Very peppery
Tastes pretty good but it's very peppery...not spicy but peppery. Prolly won't buy it again but it was still good and if someone offered it to me, I would eat it

Wow! An incredible condiment!
Compared to the chili oil I've been used to tasting at Chinese restaurants, this is a whole other experience. A far more interesting melange of flavors from the nuts and spices which beautifully complement the heat of the chilis. This is my new go-to for adding heat. Great on a variety (almost any?) foods, including a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

Something in this recipe has changed, and not for the better.
This used to be the gold standard for chili crisp for me, but not anymore. The chili crisp is very heavy on oil and light on the former tasty crispy solids. The crispy bits are gone, there are leathery chili pieces and lots of chili seeds. Every spoonful used to include a tiny diced piece of ginger, a crunchy bit of peanut and black bean and was packed with flavor. I'm not sure if I got a bad batch or if the recipe has changed. Too oily, not enough crunch or flavor and grossly overpriced for what's in the current jars. The batch number on my jars is 126190 with a use by date of 091623.I won't be buying oo'mama chili crisp again.

Not spicy at all.
This was not spicy, the black beans actually added a sweet flavor, it was not what I was looking for.

Really tasty
I really like this chili crisp. Some kinds have too much pepper, but this one has the right amount of spice and texture. I love to put this on salads, on ramen, and on stir-fry. Just be careful with the jar and making sure you put the lid on tightly. It's really messy if it spills in the fridge.

Don’t be afraid to have fun!
I love this product and am enjoying experimenting with flavor combos. I combine with maple syrup and marinate shrimp before I BBQ!
