One of my all time favorites
This is an outstanding movie. The story is compelling, the characters are well flashed out, and well, the helicopter. There are few movie/TV vehicles that can match the sheer badassery of Blue Thunder.

A classic
A very good movie. I remember seeing this when I was in high school at an early showing about a year before it was released. It was the first movie I saw in a surround sound theater and it blew my mind. I'm only giving it three stars though because this version has been edited for language. Really? Have we become this PC?

Great 80's Helicopter Action Movie Re-realised in High Definition
It is impressive what can be achieved when a BLURAY is produced correctly. Even this movie from the early 80's has been rendered in fantastic detail from the original Film.It makes the original content more immersive and enjoyable, seeing more elements.Great job! Highly recommend this disc to BLUE THUNDER Fans and anyone who loves Helicopters!
