This stuff is great for diaper rashes! Yes, it is messy, but put it on a diaper rash it will take care of all but the worst ones. We've used this stuff day in and day out for our two sons while they were in diapers. It even works great on skin irritations on their face or other areas and will clear them up overnight. We swear by it!
