So overall, if you're getting this just for vacuuming it works well. It did get stuck under my bed a couple of times, but I put some levelers under the bed legs and it's fine now. My main complaint with this is that if you have area rugs or carpet of any kind, the mopping feature is useless. It cannot discern between hardwoods and areas rugs, and obviously, you do not want your area rugs or carpet mopped. I was disappointed in that aspect as from reading the descriptions and what not, they make it seem like it can. I wrote customer service, and they confirmed it cannot tell the difference.I know there are several other products in this market that can tell the difference, so pretty disappointed that they haven't developed the mapping technology there.In fact, it doesn't really have "learning mapping" at all. It does go in a back and forth pattern and has edge sweeping features, but it doesn't "learn" your space like other robot vacuums can.Suction power is great. It picks up pet hair (I have a great pyrenees that sheds long hair) pretty well, but it can get tangled in the brushes, so some regular maintenance is required. It also has the power to pick up loose bits of dog food that my dog has dropped.So all in all, it's kind of "meh" for me. It does a good enough job vacuuming to where I guess I'll keep it, but again, I got it so it could vacuum and mop and I can't even use the mop feature.

I have cats and dogs. This has been amazing for getting the hair off my hardwood floors. Recently, my dog chewed the power cord in half. I emailed the support center to find out how to go about purchasing a new cord. After a couple emails back and forth I got confirmation a new power cord was being sent free of charge!

SUPER LOUD! It always struggles to find its way back to the charger and it always goes straight to the dishwasher and gets stuck. It’s like having a toddler because I’m constantly picking it up and moving it away from things. I can’t tell if the wet cleaner works well as I’ve only used that once and it’s more work for me than it’s actually worth.

Remote doesn’t work well and hard to start and power off. It squeaks when moving making a loud annoying noise. I haven’t tried the app and the remote is useless.
