I bought these and the proper tool to crimp and remove the terminals if needed. I started replacing all the old plugs on my '03 C5 Corvette, as I come across older plugs that are difficult to disconnect. I love them compared to the old tech that Chevys were using in the late 90's early 2000's. Just purchased 10 more two terminal plugs to have on hand. I'm definitely sold on these!

Pieces are small and a bit difficult to assemble but once assembled the product works well. Used them on tail lights for custom car and so far they have held up well.

Deutsch makes one of the BEST quick connectors that I know of.These connectors are used on multi million dollar cranes that are in the weather 24/7/365 and rarely fail.Very Good, weather tight connection with minimal resistance through the connector.Deutsch does offer different type of pins (types of metal used) as well as a variety of numbers of pins per connector ( 2 wire / 3 wire / 4 wire / etc up to I believe, 12 pin )Manufacturer specs show 25 amp continuousUp to 150 voltThese do require a specialized crimp tool to properly assemble them - the tools price range varies from $30 - $300. All do the job - just depends on how often you plan on using them.My tool cost me about $230 but I use it weekly and with many different size wires (tool has a wire size crimp adjustment) - - I have had the tool for over 4 years and expect it to last another 20+ years.

First off when you open the kit box the nasty plastic smell will permeate your house. They stink very bad. Did a quick test fit and the rubber seal ring on the male half just fall off. If you plan to use it where it will be disconnected very often you will have to put the seal back on every time.

A knock off for sure but the quality and longevity make them a suitable substitute to the OEM Duetsch from my experience. You will need a specific tool to properly crimp the pins.

Bit expensive for what it is but works well.

Initially works perfect. Try to not use on wires 20-22. Terminals are too big. If you don’t have a choice just wrap the wiring onto itself to thicken it.On the first install its great. No complaints. When i messed up and tried to disassemble it kind of just broke apart. Atleast i know it works the first time. Just becareful if youre going to try and reuse em

First of all, the people that are saying these are bad, or the locks not going in, must not know how to use the product.I ordered a set of the 4 pin connectors and used them in an install today, and everything went flawless. I have zero complaints so far. Now, I cannot comment on the longevity of the product and how well the housing will hold up, I'm not sure what it's made of, but I'm not very concerned, especially when these are a fraction of the cost of the TE brand.

Pretty straight forward, make sure you solder pins to the wires for best connections.
