This versatile leash has many uses. The leak can be standard or configured to go over the nose similar to the gentle leader. The leash is comfortable in hand and is easy to get on the dog and use. This is one of my favorite leashes. A+

I love Ruffwear and am a loyal Ruffwear customer! I tend to be a bigger fan of harnesses for dogs rather than slip leads; however, I thought I’d give it a try with my puppy to help with pulling. I chose this leash because I thought it would choke her less than the typical slip lead. I love everything about the leash except for the two rubber pieces that are supposed to keep the leash from tightening too much on the dog’s neck. I just didn’t think they helped much, so I’ve put my puppy back in a harness. I think it’s a decent leash, and I’ll probably keep it in my car for the occasional stray that needs help or possible moments when I might forget a leash, but it’s not something I want to use everyday on my puppy.

This worked better than a Martingale collar but not as well as a prong collar for my adolescent Pit Bull.

Does exactly what its supposed to

I have a 8 month old husky that literally almost drags me down the street on walks. This new leash has stopped her from doing this a lot. She still kinda does it but not nearly as much. Its very strong and adjustable for a dog of any size to use and have the perfect length.

Love most everything about this leash so far. I purchased my first leash from this brand 8 years ago from a local outdoorsy store and we are still using it! So my ONLY complaint of this leash is the length. The original leash is a true 6ft & the new one is not. Otherwise I LOVE how sturdy and the ease/comfort of this leash. Best feature is the rubber stopper versus the leather, to secure the leash around our dogs without them getting loose. Definitely recommend this leash.

I had to replace this leash that was 15 years old. I still like the brand but not as study as they used to be.
