We contemplated on getting a treadmill for a while. We were looking for a treadmill with all of the basics - different speed options, an incline option, foldable for easy storage, and a place to plug in device for music. I have looked at several options, including brands that are more expensive. A friend recommended that we try this one after being extremely satisfied with his. After reading the reviews and looking at the features, we decided to order this one. We are so happy we did because it has all the basic features we wanted for a good price. It is very sturdy despite it being foldable, which is important for us in a home with kids. Although we plan to leave it in one corner of our basement from now on, it’s so nice that we can easily fold it up and transport it to another area if needed. It was so easy install and it didn’t take long at all. It has all the basic functions we needed for a good work out at home, especially during the hot summer weather now and cold winters later here outside. As a bonus, it also comes with a handy rack for dumbbells storage. It comes with dumb bells and a floor mat for other workouts. I love how it stores everything neatly. Overall, I have been extremely satisfied with the product. I am glad I have a treadmill to work out on while the baby sleeps without having to go out. It is so hard to find time to work out being a mom of a baby so it’s nice to have this option at the comfort of our home now at an affordable price.

I ordered the treadmill on June 8, 2022, when the treadmill arrived the box had some holes in it, but when I opened the package nothing was scratched or damaged. When my friend started assembling the treadmill he got stuck on the first step when he was trying to unfold the treadmill (it wouldn’t go straight up and was stuck halfway) we watched the Assembly video many times and it was going up easy in the video but it gave him hard time for 35 minutes until all of a sudden it swiveled straight up! After that it was a smooth ride to finish it up. I have been using the treadmill for the last 5 days and I noticed from the first time I used that the cupholder is not in 90 degrees angle to hold the cup straight up so the liquid won’t spill if I’m using a cup and not a bottle. And I can’t put a bottle in it cause it’s too short to hold it; unless it’s small one…any jogging or running will cause it to fall down. (I wish if it was made deeper and perpendicularly so it can be exactly vertical and up right). Also, the side handles are too short; I gotta be too close to the screen display in order for me to hold the edge of it. (I wish if it was 5-6 inches longer). Another thing that I’m struggling with is the tablet holder; it’s too narrow. I can only fit my iPhone or my iPad in there after I take them off their cases. That is inconvenience (I wish if it was wider). I hope that they could add organizer pocket to be attached somewhere on the treadmill for me to be able to hold things like (TV remote, glasses, phone…etc.). Or add it as accessory for the current treadmill. I have noticed while I’m walking on the treadmill a loud noise coming out of it every now and then and it would stay for 30-45 seconds then it would disappear. It’s annoying but I hope that there is a solution for that and it wont be persistent. But honestly I like the size of the treadmill, it does not take a lot of space even when it’s unfolded, it has settled nice screen display that looks neat and well laid out. Its not bulky and can fit nicely with the other furniture in any room. The most amazing thing I experienced is the customer service specifically from the agent Alice; she always responded in timely manner, and always had a solution for all my questions. I purchased my treadmill in 2022, and while it had minor issues from day one, the situation recently escalated to the point where the machine was no longer usable. Even though I was well outside the standard one-year warranty window, this team worked tirelessly to make things right. Here is why they deserve 5 stars: Product Replacement: Despite the expired warranty, they made a special exception to ship me a brand-new replacement unit at no cost. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Expert Problem-Solving: Because the order was older, it was no longer accessible in the Amazon system for a standard refund. Instead of giving up, Christina communicated with her manager and Amazon for days. When Amazon couldn't process the refund, the company issued a full refund of $434.49 directly to my PayPal account. Transparency & Communication: Christina was professional, empathetic, and kept me updated every step of the way. She even provided an adjusted invoice for the new replacement unit to help me with my records. Integrity: They were very honest about their service limitations (like in-home assembly), but they provided the refund specifically to help me cover the costs of hiring local help for assembly and the removal of the old unit. It is rare to find a company and a specialist like Christina at Spreetail who value their customers this much years after a purchase. If you want a treadmill from a brand that stands behind its products and treats customers with respect, I highly recommend them! I was hesitant to purchase a treadmill online but this was at a good price, had good reviews and the features I was looking for. I didn't need a top of the line treadmill for running, I wanted something easy to use and compact for walking a few miles daily. It was delivered by UPS and arrived two days early. It weighs 88lbs in the packaging so if you need to carry it solo, you may need to remove it from the packaging and carry each piece. It is very easy to assemble, takes about 15 minutes. It is easy to use, the display is clear and it seems to work well. It is relatively quiet. The motor seems adequate though it struggles a bit at higher speeds but for walking, it seems fine. I had an issue with a loud noise after using it a few days. I checked all the connections but couldn't determine the source. I dreaded the hassle of having to return it. I contacted the company customer service via email and received a response the next day. They asked for a video clip to hear the noise. I sent it and the next day they sent a video reply. I expected it to be a generic troubleshooting vid but it was a personal reply from one of their techs. They immediately sent the replacement parts to me. I think this treadmill is a good value. It seems solidly built, is easy to assemble, and use. It is compact and folds, which makes it perfect for small places though if you are tall, it may be too small for your stride. I am very pleased with their customer service and that they stand behind their products. I would purchase from this company again.

All controls well laid out. folding it up and down effortless. Moving it is easy. Has all the features one would want on a treadmill. Built solid and quiet operation. Highly recommended!

You get what you pay for. Bluetooth is not functioning, the metal of the frame is not strong, even the manual is full of grammar mistakes. So far it’s working, but don’t expect much

I have it over a year. My mom is the one who mainly used it. I got broken part for the treadmill however I contacted them and they were so nice to send us a new one even though our warranty end 5 months ago. The machine itself good for woman since it had 2.5horse power but for a big adult male, I think the machine may be too small
