This is a true tour-de-force of love magic. It encompasses every possible angle of the issue, from preparing the person to preparing the space, from the first sparkles of interest through to marriage and fertility. If a person can't find something here to suit their needs, quite honestly they shouldn't be practicing magic. One of the things that makes this book eminently useable is that each spell is presented as a unit - there's no flipping back and forth required. Many authors expect people to treat their work like a cookbook, where you make one item to use in another item which is then used in a third procedure... useful, in a way, but often fiddly and leaving people feeling stranded if they can't find an ingredient. The ingredients required in these spells are all commonly available at the grocery store in any decent sized city, and many alternatives are presented for any given situation, leaving no excuse to the semi-willing practitioner. Truly a classic of the genre!

I wish I could give this more than 5 stars. When I opened this book I was expecting a list of the usual spells for getting back together with your ex, or making sex better. Those spells are in here, but this “big little book” contains so much more. Love Magic has spells for happiness, rituals for sex and manifestation, delicious recipes to whip up for romance, and so much more.Lilith Dorsey's bio reads like an exciting novel. She has studied anthropology, religion, and magick for over 3 decades, has been initiated in several Pagan traditions, and was even choreographer for Dr. John. She definitely knows her stuff. I highly recommended this for anyone who wants love in their life, and quite frankly that's everyone.

When I purchased this book, I thought it would only be about love spells. However, the main theme of the book was self/love. Which was a pleasant surprise. Magick in general works best when you are in a state of pure love. Love for yourself and your home. This book really helped me to see that neither of the two should be neglected. Everything else will fall into place. The ingredients are a little too hard to find in my area. The author has a warm and friendly tone. Overall, this is a great book!

This is an astonishing book! It has amazing spells and the ingredients can mostly be found a a grocery store. The instructions are straight forward, this is an phenomenal book for a friend that's looking for love. The price range is also unbelievable for the quality if the book. If i could, I would rate this book 10 stars! Not to mention that this book has all 5 stars except for a non believer review, this is a must buy book!

Don't mind that I bought a used book, but I didn't expect it to come to me sticky covered in dirt. Luckily i was able to clean it off..... other than that I look forward to diving into the romance lol

I'm afraid to say too many great things for fear of being jinxed - ah, once superstitious, always so, I guess. The short story is WOW!!!!! I cannot believe how much has changed since I started purchasing the essential oils and using the mixes for ointments, candle toppers, and gris-gris bags. There is even a whole chapter on fertility, which will be important for many readers, given how quickly the other rituals seem to propel relationships forward.

I am in love with this book !!! It's small but thick...Fits in my purse. It has all the spells I need for healing from old relationships to self love, finding and keeping love. The author not only list the spells and potion, but gives a little background on each rituals, which is helpful for someone like me who is new to the magic world.
