My son needed something for school showing Mt Shasta. This was perfect & cost effective. He used the colors in the middle and built around it. He built it all on his own with extra lego he had around the house. Theses fit with Lego bricks perfectly & the bag it came with was a plus.My son is proud of his mountain and that's what is most important.

Decent price and arrived quickly. Like the drawstring bag it comes with. My son started building immediately after receiving it. Lots of fun!

Works just like lego at a way better price

Yeah, they're off-brand but you can hardly tell and you can get so many for relatively little money.

There is a good variety of bricks included in this set. It also comes with a plain orange "string backpack." The blocks fit together nicely -- with each other, as well as with the "name brand" bricks. There is a good assortment of colors (including the fairly rare orange) and a nice variety of block types. The blocks are separated into bags, grouped roughly by the type of block -- including one bag containing small "specialty" components. The only directions/guide included is a page showing each letter of the alphabet made out of bricks. My kids love this, because they usually prefer to make up their own creations.

I actually ordered this brick set for me, instead of my kids. I'm using it to build mold walls for molding resin and other items.I definitely loved it this comes with its own little bag and multiple colors as well as pieces. This would be perfect if you were missing any pieces from a set or needed some extra bricks. It would also be great just for a starter set for a kid that wants to play with the smaller Legos. They do technically fit, but you have to work for it.

For all the cool sets and bits out there, if you REALLY want your kids to get creative and branch out to making their own stuff, you gotta get them LOTS of basic foundation building bits. Sets like these are a good value and get them a lot of the items they'll need lots and lots of.... bricks.These fit well with the big name and are well-made. I would definitely order them again.

Wow, I knew it was 1500 pieces when ordered, but didn't expect the bag to be that big.Comparing this to the official LEGO offering for the same price, you get a lot more here for your money. The LEGO boxes are full of too many of the smaller pieces, which makes it sound better when it says “1500 pieces to build with” but in all honesty you cant build much as the bricks are tiny. This however does have a bag of single block pieces but has many of the much larger bricks to build with, which makes this more useful for actual buildings etc.The main problem you might face though is there there is just so many colours thrown in here, you'll never be able to create a single colour construction from this and that's the only thing that holds this back.Apart from those minor things for me, this is actually a very great product for the price. All bricks were perfect and didn't have a single badly moulded piece.Very good item!

This comes in a zip bag, with all the pieces on display. Inside are 0the pieces groups into 4 separate bags, seemingly grouping by brick size. This also comes with a nice little bag to put all the pieces in when you're not using them.The bricks themselves are great, I didn't come across any dodgy bricks, and they connect together just as well as another well known brand. There are plenty of colours in this pack, the only problem you'll find is you will struggle to build a house with just 1 colour.Great quality product as a great price vs other brands.
