Love Wink of Stella glitter on my card creations!
Wink of Stella always adds a beautiful touch of elegance to my cards. I have several colors. It is nice to have a glitter & shine without having to use glue & powders. This blue was a little darker than I expected but I will figure out when & where to use it.

Did not work well
It was hard to get it to work, then once it did it got blue glitter all over my fingers, was not happy with this!

The packaging was old and broken of the small box that the pen came in. And it looks old.Got it at a great price works fine
