TeakhausElegant Collection Teak Wood Edge Grain Gently Rounded 12x8 Inch Rectangular Board

I bought this for my brother as a gift- it is a very nice board! My only complaint is that it arrived very dry. I treated it with mineral oil before gifting it, which brought out the colors and made it look (and function) much better. That is standard care for wood, so it's not really a complaint- they need to be oiled eventually no matter how they arrive, but it would have been more impressive if the board had arrived already looking bright and not dull and dry.

Pretty wood, and seems hard enough to last. Just the right size for small jobs.

Cutting board is pretty thin, but looks exactly like the picture. The dimensions are accurate, so if you're looking for a thick cut type board, this may not be for you. That being said, being that it's teak, I feel the durability will definitely be there. Looking forward to using it. Again, based on my initial impression, it's a very expensive looking board. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase.

Cool looking, easy to condition and has held up well. Also, great size for small, quick jobs. Great addition to my kitchen

Handsome board, nice size, rounded edges nice. *However* upon first contact with water [very light rinse before using], the wood grain raised making it unfit to use. I will have to sand it and treat it in hopes of attaining and hopefully maintaining a smooth, safe surface. Might return. Seeing what seller might say after receiving feedback. Disappointed.

nice teak board, good price. Oil it up and it is beautifu.

This is a very beautiful Teak cutting board, really beautiful wood. I like more of a square board, however, and it is too rounded with beveled edges for what I wanted. It would be very nice for presentation.

i like the rounded edges...veggies slide easily into the pan much better then my square edge board from which i had to use knife blade or bench scraper to transfer ingredients to pan. Now im going to replace all of my old boards with Teakhaus.

個体差があるのほ承知でしたが、写真とはかなり違う木目。でも可愛いです。気に入っています。少し小さめでしたので、次買うときはもうワンサイズ大きめにしたいと思います。

木のまな板は、和風の四角いものをイメージしていたのですが、こちらは丸みのあるフォルムで、角ばったところのないおしゃれなデザインです。薄くて持ちやすく、重すぎないので洗いやすいです。広さがあるので、キャベツのカットなどでも十分なスペースがあります。チーク材が使われており、木目がきれいです。まな板としてだけでなく、カットした薬味などをそのままテーブルに持っていくとおしゃれな料理になりそうです。木のまな板はお手入れが難しいかと思っていたのですが、普段のお手入れは中性洗剤で洗うだけでよく、臭いが気になる場合に、塩や重曹でお手入れすると良いようです。毎月定期的にオイルを塗ると長持ちするそうで、大切に使ってきいたいと思いました。

もう少し大きかったら良かったなーでも 毎日役立ってます
