The best thing to keep away the dreaded Monkey Butt...
Keeps me cool in the summer heat, best used in conjunction with cordura mesh riding pants, UnderArmor shorts and/bamboo boxers to wick away sweat and moisture. This is actually my second BeadRider seat; the first on'e front right corner started coming unraveled after I repeatedly got my boot caught on it as I swung my leg over. I went from a 13x13 to a 12x12 and no more problems with trapped feet! The hardness of the beads does take a little getting used to (especially since I'm using it on a hard Corbin seat). But after a couple hundred miles, your butt is conditioned to go 200 miles without stopping. I have pulled 500-600 miles in a day with BeadRider, with no monkey butt to complain of at the end of the day.

Ultimate Beadrider
After buying off-the-rack, custom made and jell/air/foam seats and covers I thought I'd try the Ultimate Beadrider. As soon as I got it, put it on my R1250R BMW and rode from Las Vegas to Sonora, CA and back. Well, its not a miracle cure but it sure is a lot better than just going with the stock seat. I've logged 17k miles on the stock during long distance treks and the difference was noticable. The "hot spots" (darn sciatica) didn't appear until close to the end of the day and when they did not nearly as irrating. Able to slide around in the corners/curves going through the twistys and overall just plain more comfortable.Quality of product and shipping as indicated, good overall.

The 12x12 Ultimate Beadrider fits great on my stock Harley saddle. one loop goes under the front and the other under the middle. EASY installation.

Great for hot Texas summertime days!
Definitely keeps your seat dry and "cool" during those hot Texas summer rides. I have a 90 mile round trip commute to and from work. "Bottom" line it has worked very well.

and it's been very comfortable on short rides
fits my Triumph Tiger perfectly, and it's been very comfortable on short rides; haven't been on any long trips yet, hopefully it will give me a couple more hours of saddle time without taking a break

Works like a charm
Works like a charm. You butt will appreciate the changes in pressure points as you ride, and the air that gets to different parts of your but. Just rode 11,000 in 30 days and had no issues with sores, monkey's or anything. Great product.

Great quality if you're looking for beads. If you're wanting pain relief, buy a seat.
3 stars for obvious quality in manufacturing, however it did not live up to my expectations of reduced butt pain on the sportster.
