Instructions, please.
This is, overall, a good product. It helps keep your shirt tucked in your pants, which has always been a bit of a problem for me, but especially since I put on some pounds in the gut. I can wear it all day with no discomfort (okay, sometimes it's been a little uncomfortable, but usually there's some other irritation involved and really, nothing feels comfortable 100% of the time)and no worries of my shirt popping up. My only real complaint is that there is no instruction on how to use it. I had to look it up online at some obscure site and read someone's forum comment on how to use this. So. Here's how:It's pretty clear that you put the side with the protrusions toward the body so that it grips the shirt. To fasten the belt, you stick the small side of the button through one of the holes on the other end of the belt, doing the same for the other button. This is a bit counter-intuitive because the part of the button that goes through the hole basically has no space between the rubber of the belt and the back of the button for the other end of the belt to hold onto. Consequently, the buttons' hold is sometimes tenuous, and if I have to do a lot of standing up and sitting down, it will occasionally (not often) come undone, making me go to the bathroom to reaffix them. The other side of the button has plenty of room to hold the other end of the belt, but the button head is far too large to fit through the holes. I tried that side to see if it would work, but that just tore the belt. I also tried to shove the button through the belt, thinking it had slipped through its hole and needed readjusting, but, nope, it was fixed tight where it was supposed to be. So I hope these instructions help.

Works Well !
Update - 7.30.2015 / I initially wrote a review that wasn't very complimentary to this item when I first purchased it. That review is shown in it's entirety below. After using it for a short time after purchasing it, and not liking it, I tried it again recently (couiple years later) and actually have found it to work well and I am now using it virtually every day.It works just fine, and while at the end of the day it does feel good to take it off, I can't really say it's really uncomfortable during the day. It does indeed keep my shirt tucked in very well and that benefit far outweighs the very slight discomfort present after a few hours of wear.Perhaps I just need to warm to the idea of wearing this rather strange looking contraption under my street clothes and realize no one else will ever know I have it on....lol.Previous review:I was hoping this would work well, but it's not really working for me anyway. First of all, it's rather uncomfortable to have essentially another belt under your pants in addition to of course your regulat belt. I found that if I put it on while standing up which would seem to be the normal position to put a belt on, when you do go to sit down, it does indeed keep your shirt in place which means your shirt is stretched so tight you can hardly bend to sit at a 90 degree angle. It does keep your shirt tucked in as advertised, but I found it uncomfortable (bulky) to wear, hard to sit down comfortably, and the way it's designed to fasten together is the craziest thing I've ever seen....It's very hard to fasten, almost a two person job

It’s pretty good but could be improved
So I got this one because I need to lose weight. And I guess I’m too lazy or unmotivated to do that, so this is my interim solution. :-DI tried a different product but found it stiff and unpleasant to use. This one is more comfortable, but I don’t use it as the maker intended. So without writing a book about it, I’ll tell you how I modified it and why I find it better:The little rubber nubs are supposed to be worn in toward the torso. They are very irritating over the day so I flipped it over and it worked fine. No difference in performance that I could tell.BUT, you could sort of tell that they were there through my slacks, so I did what anyone would do: I got out a pair of scissors and cut them down as far as I could. Works great. So now, it’s really the rubber holding everything in place and I’ve had no issues and in fact am very happy with the product overall.I’m not as happy with the stud buttons that they use as a closer. They poke out and really don’t need to stick out so much. And there are two of them, and one points inward. If they did something to improve that aspect, it would be 5 stars for me.It’s also very reasonably priced at $13, and with Prime shipping it’s about the cost of a salad at Applebee’s. Speaking of which, I see a bunch of salads in my future. '

Great product but not near durable enough
This belt works really really well and I was so impressed with it, I recently bought one for a gift and up to a few days ago, I would have given it 7 stars if possible. Now I just discovered that mine is tearing in a strange place, off to one side not at an obvious stress point or near the studs. When I was getting used to it and figuring out how to use it, I may have been too rough or it could be that I wear it every single day and this is just the result of only 6 months of wear and tear. Before I get another one of these, I am now going to try the Shirt Tailor grey belt on here and see if it is more durable than this one and lasts longer than the 6 months that this one did.Whichever one you buy, to prolong the life be sure and use the tip of leaving it fastened and just slipping into it every day and stretch the holes oval to get the studs in the holes when you do need to adjust it.

Comfortable, durable and works.
Does what it is sold for. I waited before doing a review because the thin perforated rubber looks real easy to tare but after wearing it a dozen times,I think it will be a durable product. I wore it slightly tight to really tight and it always felt comfortable, kept my shirts tales where they belong and wasn't noticeable most of the time. The only time it rides up a bit and might be noticeable is when I do full lenght extensions, like getting things from the back shelf of the top cupboard. I could I've put five stars but I want a little bit more mileage out of it before I do that. All in all, I like it and will buy again if need be.

Works great!
Works great! I had been using stirrup-style shirt stays but forgot them when I travelled back to my hometown for a wedding. Ordered this belt last minute and much prefer it! A lot less hassle than the stays which had the tendency for the clips to come off the shirt.Agree with other reviews that you set the fit once and then step in and out of it.

Totally "meh"
Works well to keep shirts tucked but not likely to last. Have only used a handful of times and already seen some tearing at the fastener holes. Probably better options out there.
