Duck Brand Glitter Crafting Tape, 1.88-Inch x 5-Yard Roll, Black (285447)

This is the second time I have purchased glitter tape - but the first time I have purchased this brand.I was very surprised when I received and used this glitter tape as I had been unhappy with the one I previously used.This one was so very neat/clean to use - no glitter on my hands and/or table.So glad I found this brand and will buy again.

I have purchased this tape several times to put on science fair boards. The tape stays on good and like the glitter that doesn’t fall off and get everywhere.

I wanted some good strong duct tape that was also cute for the sensory glitter bottles my son and I made. This is not it - it's not the typical strength, so hopefully you read the reviews or notice the indication 'for crafting' which doesn't include repairing things, like the real duct tape description does. Even if this is more for crafting, it really doesn't stick well. Not sure what a good use for this would be, tbh. Buying some of the good, strong stuff with cute patterns to replace this.

I bought 3 different colors of this Duck tape to create decorative headers on my face shields! It's just the right width, pulls from the roll, and applies with ease. It didn't tangle when pulled out long. Easily secured in place, it covered the word "face shield" with a band of decorative sparkle. Note the tape is a bit sheer, so two coats of tape covers the words underneath better. (The black sparkle was adequate with one coat.)

It’s more like a giant washi tape. Doesn’t adhere very well. I used it to cover a small box and it sticks mostly with lots of rubbing but has started peeling. The box isn’t touched or handled often. It was pretty expensive for what it is.

Because this tape might have been stored for quite awhile or may not have been stored in a temperature controlled atmosphere, it may not have a good adhesive back…mine didn’t even stick to itself!

Okay so....I LOVE IT. Used it on my nightstand to change the silver glitter color to gold to match my room. Looks so good and sleek that you wouldn’t know it wasn’t part of the nightstand. Love it so much.

The quality of this glitter tape is amazing - I just wish you got more on the roll... even at a higher price. It’s such a waste of plastic and cardboard tube when you have to buy 4 rolls for any decent project. The glitter does NOT come off all over everything - which is amazing. It’s easy to adjust when placing it (if you do it quickly), but then stays in place well.
