Q: will this work with an osprey reservoir?

you have to check the end, whether it is a clip on or threaded. Also keep in mind, some universal tubes may not fit. I had an Outdoor brand and purchased this tube. The outdoor brand had a wider clip on than this replacement so I had to send it back. I resolved my issue by buying an entirely new bladder from a different brand and made sure they sold their own tubes. Cheaper option in my opinion. Hope this helps.
