I wanted to be able to carry a couple of baby Aspirin with ne so looked around for options. I’m not big in men wearing jewelry or lockets (except for when I was 17 and played college Cricket in Pakistan trying to emulate my namesake superstar Imran Khan’s style with a gift someone gave me. When that was lost or stolen that was the end of my wearing anything other than a wristwatch as jewelry). This item isn’t inexpensive but it’s not terribly expensive for a reliable place to carry meds and not looking too sissy. The bullet may be a bit too macho sounding but it’s actually quite unobtrusive and the included chain makes it hang just around & under behind the first button under the collar button. The material feels classy as it’s supposed to be Titanium. The chain was not of the same material or quality but will do for now. I’d have gladly paid a dollar more for a better quality chain. But fit carrying lifesaving meds something like this is a must have. Hope this helps you.

I thought this was going to be a really great item to keep a few of my blood pressure pills close by. It seemed to be better quality than most other pill holders on Amazon. Put it on my keychain and confirmed that it was secure. On my first outing, I went to a couple stores and when I returned home and was hanging my keys on the key rack, I noticed that it was missing. I didn't feel it snag on my clothing or pockets and have no clue where it could have fell off. I thought it was going to be high quality, but extremely disappointed that it didn't make it through the first usage. Maybe I got a dud... just hate the feeling I threw money away on this and losing a few pills.

My dad has to keep nitroglycerin on him at all times right now so I decided to buy him something he could have quick access to. A necklace sounded like the best way to go. I ordered it yesterday and it just arrived today !! It’s an awesome product ! The medium bullet holds up to 12 small nitroglycerin pills.. Very well made !! I’m very happy !! The only concern I had was the little ring holding the bullet on the chain .. it’s very fragile compared to the pill container so you may want to buy a stronger ring ... Other than that love everything about it !

Idea is cute at best. Unless one can open product, first delivery was sealed shut. Nothing was opening this bad boy, best use in a gun. Second one opened, limited to what one could fit in there. Maybe widen it a bit more or compare to get the most common size one would use this for an idea similar to this. Otherwise this is a cute concept idea.
