I hesitated buying these stands because of the negative reviews, (only one arrived, pieces missing, metal shelves, etc.), but I ordered them anyway, thinking if the reviews were right, I could return them. They arrived about an hour and a half ago, and I already have them both assembled (by myself) and ready to use. I love them! There are two of them in a well-packed box marked "stand", they are sturdy, the shelves are wood, and they are the perfect size for what I needed. They were very easy to assemble. (I spent most of the time putting them together trying to get the bolts andscrews through the holes and trying to get the screwdriver into the stars in the bolts and screws, since I shake a lot.) I highly recommend these stands.

I ordered these in white for my guest bedroom and liked that they were basic and a good value. When I started to get ready to assemble, I realized they had sent me black instead of white. I double checked my order to be sure it wasn't my mistake, and I did in fact order white. By the time I realized, I had already removed a good amount of Styrofoam and cut the box to be able to open, so it would not have been easy to repackage and take the heavy package to the UPS store to return.I ended up keeping them to avoid the hassle, and once assembled they do look nice. The supports and sides are metal so there are some weld marks that are less than attractive, but they aren't super noticeable.The stands are small so be sure you measure your space to be sure they're what you're looking for, and check the color on the box if you can find it before you open to be sure you got what you ordered.

Please note that these units come unassembled unless you specifically order them that way at an additional cost. If you are not mechanically inclined, I would strongly urge you to consider ordering this unit assembled. I have assembled my fair share of such things over decades and, while this was not a hard assembly for me, there are a few little quirks to assembling this properly.We ordered a pair of these for our master bedroom. We had a nice solid wood set of tables but they were living room end tables and were really too big and bulky to be used as nightstands. After doing some shopping around, we liked the overall size, appearance, and storage of these units.Both arrived at the same time though they were shipped to us on separate labels with separate tracking numbers. The multiple parts were packed fairly tightly with rigid styrofoam along with microfoam sheets and cardboard. I did receive one part with minor damage to a drawer side (Part 5) at the top front edge where it meets the drawer front. I was able to repair it adequately with a super glue and did not contact the seller/manufacturer for a new part. It ended up working fine.The "wood parts are all 1/2" particle board with a dark woodgrain thermofoil overlay. This means the woodgrain finish overlay is thermally fused to the particle board substrate. It will do fairly well with impact and scratch resistance for every day use. Damages that show through to the substrate can be touched up or repaired to varying degrees with matching colored caulk or furniture fill sticks or possibly putty. How well a touched up area looks afterward will depend on the extent of the damage.Assembling these were fairly easy for me but I am above average mechanically inclined. I ran into a few quirks during assembly. I found that the screws that come with the drawer knobs really aren't long enough and the threads inside the knob are too brittle to tighten correctly without stripping the them. The exposed threads through the drawer front are maybe an 1/8". I could not get the first drawer knob to tighten to a point that the knob wouldn't stop spinning. Ever so lightly I attempted to tighten with a phillips screwdriver while holding the knob with my offhand. The first few threads failed on the knob. I fixed this by countersinking the back side of the drawer with a wood countersink the size of the screw thread. This allowed the screw to bear more thread through the drawer front allowing me to get more bite by turning the knob so I was able to properly tighten it without over-tightening. For good measure, I also applied gorilla glue to the threads. I don't plan to ever remove the knob anyway.Be sure not to get overzealous putting this together. That's where mistakes and damage can occur. These parts are fairly sturdy assembled but less so unassembled. This is especially so at the edges and where there are predrilled holes or fittings. Carefully start screws by hand or with hand tools slowly at first. It can be done with power tools with care but going too fast can cause holes to ream out and weaken or threads to strip or even cosmetic damage.The metal legs were a wise choice for the base. They can with stand being bumped into with vacuum cleaners or mops much better than the particle board used for the finish parts. This give the entire unit much more stability and rigidity than it would have with an all particle board assembly.Overall, for the cost, I find these to be a pretty good value. They also look pretty nice, at least in our bedroom. They aren't heirloom pieces that you will hand down but I can seem them lasting more than a decade in the right environment with care.

I use these tables for my African dwarf frog tank (3.5 gallons) and my betta tank (5 gallons), and I have never had a problem with the tables not being able to hold the weight. There's a lot of space underneath the top platform to store anything you need (for me I store filter cartridges and aquarium water testing kits). I would highly recommend these tables to anyone who needs more storage space and a sturdy table.

Overall easy to assemble. Much smaller than I had anticipated but the drawer is deep and are really cute!

I was worried these would come in and look/feel cheap. But these are heavy and sturdy. Everyone who has seen them, loves them!

The marble finish on these nightstands makes it look very elegant. The adjustable feet allow me to make sure they are steady and don't wobble. I am thinking of painting the visible screws white.

These r nice set of 2 end tables first i was scared some reviews says they only received 1 but I received both these r nicely packaged no chips or damage if u followed the directions its very easy to assemble and end result is good main thing i like its size these r perfect for me . Feels sturdy with metal sides . I am happy with my purchase.

These are cutting edge end tables and so strong and easy to assemble I put a queen size bed in a small room (9x12) and they fit with room to spare

Nightstands look pretty good, but were difficult to put together due to a few holes not being threaded correctly. Even leaving those few out, it's still solid enough. Most frustrating part was damage to one of the tops. The box was fine and that pice was in the middle of the package, so it likely happened before shipping. I would have sent back, but I was already halfway through building them.

Easy to assemble. All parts present great instructions.
