Claude LecouteuxKing Solomon the Magus: Master of the Djinns and Occult Traditions of East and West

What a disappointment!!
I swear this guy must have more dirt on the leading occult authors than Epstein had on the Clintons! I figure that's about the only way he could have gotten so many great occult writers to give him such an amazing review of this bland hodgepodge of compiled two paragraph folklore tales of King Solomon. This book was an utter waste of time to read & did NOT in any way entice the reader to turn another page. The subject matter alone should have been enough for me to eat this up but I just couldn't! The author's writing style on this is beyond dull & drab I I think just about the only thing that would have had me finish this waste of time was the magickal ring of Solomon ( which had such a small part in this book) & the threat of being bound to the brass vessel! I'm still just dumbfounded as to how someone could have dropped the ball on this one.. The book itself came looking like it survived the sands of the desert & the dust-jacket had all sorts of dark marking from shipping or dirt or angry Djinn wondering why this crap was writ.. Rant over, save your money & skip this book..

On p.58 of the Kindle Edition the book mentions an analysis by Liana Saif of the seven characters with a diagram below. The diagram only lists 3 characters, not sure if Saif's original diagram included all 7 characters and Lecouteaux omitted 4 of the characters or if it is a formatting error in Kindle.
