Obsessed! A Little Goes a Long Way
I was hesitant to purchase this product because of how expensive it is, but decided to just for it one day. And boy am I glad to have done so! This is my new favorite. Let's get into why.BENEFITS OF INGREDIENTS:I never realised just how beneficial sunflower oil is until purchasing this product and doing a little research. Rich in antioxidants, non-comedogenic, fast absorbing, deeply hydrating, anti-inflammatory, protects against uv light, helps fine lines/wrinkles AND acne, restores the skin's natural barrier... the list seems to go on!This product uses sunflower oil as its carrier, and then uses other extracts (neroli, squalane, tocopherol, basil, etc) which further assist in the above benefits and more!PRODUCT IS FREE OF:That's what it has ~ what about what it's left out? This product has zero parabens, artificial colorants, artificial fragrances, mineral oil, and steroids. Nice!SCENT:It has a subtle smell: earthy, herbal, and slightly seeet, almost reminiscent of hemp or patchouli, but which no doubt comes from the neroli, basil, and bergamont. (Again, all ingredients which are incredibly beneficial to skin!)USE AND FEEL:I only need 2 drops of this to cover my entire face. Two! I will have this bottle for quite some time, and the earlier hesitation at price has been eliminated due to the efficiency of use. It absorbs quickly, while still leaving a dewy touch, and leaves my skin feeling soft, clean, and hydrated.BONUS:Added benefit ~ since using this product last in my facial routine, makeup applies afterwards like a dream! Both liquid and powder! I've totally ditched my primer.FINAL THOUGHTS:Will 100% be purchasing this again once I run out. Turns out is is cost effective; it smells nice, goes on easily, and my skin loves it. Highly recommend!

Not paid to write this review. I paid for my own product.
This oil is incredible. It goes on oily like an oil, but will quickly sink into your skin leaving it with a healthy, from within glow. It's moisturizing like heavy oils but has a dry oil finish so it's never sticky. I liked how it kept my skin moisturized all day but I wish the "oily glowy" lasted longer than 2 hrs.I have super sensitive skin (dry-combo), and it didn't irritate my just chemical peeled new skin at all. The herbal scent is very strong, and I get why people are complaining about it, because I dislike it too. If you're used to Aveda products, this oil smells like that. I still like this oil enough to put up with the scent though.Lastly, I was so happy with this oil that I ordered their Real Barrier Extreme Cream the next day, and promptly returned it because this OIL made my skin look better due to the oily glow effect. Skin moisture level-wise - Cream vs Oil - seemed to be the same, so if you're looking at this brand wondering what to try, I recommend the Oil more than their lotions/creams. (edit to add: the "cream" also broke me out. )

Grassy smell but nice texture/feel
I like floral scents and this has a grass/earthy scent to it, so it’s not my favorite. The oil isn’t greasy or heavy. Fairly lightweight. I didn’t notice a lot of difference in my skin but I haven’t used it consistently.

Great light-weight face oil that hasn't broken me out.
For reference: I have oily/combo dehydrated skin that is also acne-prone. I get dry patches on my nose, forehead, and high-points of my cheeks. I get oily all over throughout the day, but mainly get pimples on my cheeks, chin and jawline.I use this as the final step after moisturizer, usually after I've blow-dried my hair and am about to get into bed. I place about 3-5 drops on my hands, rub them together and pat the product all over my face and neck. Whatever is leftover on my hands I actually distribute through the ends of my hair. I find that this seals all the moisture in from my other products and leaves me feeling hydrated and not greasy. It has not broken me out, which is A+.I use this almost everyday now that it's winter and my skin tends to feel dehydrated no matter what, and it feels really good on the skin when I've actually been struggling with acne that has appeared throughout the day because of the makeup I wear and oil build-up (such is life). And I only use this at night. Overall, I think this is a great face oil and it's the very first one I've tried.

Not strong Naroli scent
This oil gives very good absorption and hydration. It is very light and do not leave any scents after. The smell was so subtle which was too light for me as I am looking for a more concentrated Naroli scented oil.

Two thumbs up. Way up.
This winter was awful. I had several 5-alarm rosacea flares, the last of which was so bad, I scheduled a dermatology appt. I came home with $450 in prescriptions, hopeful that I was on the mend. If only. One of prescriptions irritated my skin so much I felt like I had red ants all over my face. One night after wailing to my sister about how I couldn't take it anymore, she sent me a blog post on how to heal my skin barrier. This product was mentioned. I had never heard of Rovectin and it didn't have very many reviews, but I ordered it anyway. I'm so glad I did. --- It soothed my skin enough that I could apply the prescriptions. I'm not going to say that this oil is what fixed my complexion, but it sure helped. I credit it with repairing my skin barrier (and the prescriptions for improving rosacea). My sister tells me my face glows - so much so that she has now hopped onto the Rovectin train.

Not the same product
I’ve had several bottles of this oil and it has been amazing and nearly a miracle oil. This is not the same stuff. The smell and texture of this bottle does not match my old bottles. It seems more like olive oil
