CanDo Krisp makes some of the best protein bars available, I rotate these with bars by Munk Pack and Good to Go. I have a sugar intolerance, and seek out protein bars which are very low glycemic. I will pack the CanDo Krisp when I run, cycle, paddle or ski. The bars are moist enough that I can eat while running or cycling, and are the perfect recharge during a high output activity. The flavors are great as well.

These are just the best tasting and best Keto bars out there. There is nothing else even close. The flavors are wonderful, I love them all - the Blackberry Jelly is one of my favorites.

My favorite flavor is the butter salt, which is out of stock, so I decided to try the almond blackberry one. It is delicious, and not overwhelmingly sweet, which I was worried about. Definitely has pb&j vibes, just as I was hoping.

These bars are ridiculously good. We buy the plant based ones and they are the best tasting vegan friendly and keto snack. I eat one for breakfast every morning and it is apart of a diet helping me get back to the weight I prefer. I only wish there were more plant based flavors!

These bars ae like a keto-friendly version of Reece's Peanut Butter Cups. so good!
