Looks like copper...
Being no metallurgist I cant comment on the purity of these bars but they seem pretty good at a glance. I've drilled some m8 holes in them and used as a bus bar for a high current (100a) 24v system. Now I have no more melty wires as I did before using the supplied link cable.

Doesn't seem copper
I bought it to practice stonesetting and it's impossible to drill or saw, maybe is good for other purposes but definitely not for crafts or jewellery
