Great Quality, Well Sealing, Holds Heat
Worked perfectly, kept cider hot for over 8 hours at 20°F at an outdoor event. Lid seals well, no spills. Easy to carry and easy to use. Spigot does not leak. Only con is once full it is very heavy! Had to have my significant other carry it.

Valves have major issues
Bought 6 of these valves suck!!! And try to replace them sucks !! And new valves are expensive

leaks and latch broke on day 6 of using
We used this product for a total of 6 days - it leaked on day 2 and the latch broke on day 6. Not worth the money. Because we ordered in December while planning for our new year, this is not returnable. Very disappointing.

Update: Great Customer Service
Updated: when I wrote my first review customer service had a closure but they were wonderful to work with when they got back online. They were very responsive and sent me a whole new unit to replace the defective one.Old Review: The first couple of times the dispenser worked perfectly. Unfortunately, both latches have broken or are beginning to crack after using it three times. We reached out to the company to correct the issue and never heard back from customer service.
