Main HVAC Air Door Actuator Heater Blend Door Levers Replacement for 2004-2010 Toyota Sienna(not fit Right Main)

Forget all those negative reviews from people that order the wrong part and hold the seller responsible.I ordered this servo motor that controls the air MODE (Floor, Dash Vents, and Defrost) and it was exactly like the factory part and works very well. No issues at all, and very cheap.It is tricky to install, recommend setting to A/C Defrost mode and pushing all arms outward, then using the Inspection Ports built into each arm channel of the CAM that attaches to this to verify correct install.Good Part! Would completely recommend.

2004 Toyota sienna blend door. OK the unit has no little stalk and you can't use the one from the old motor because it is glued or epoxied in place. This is for driver's side and controls door for heat or a/c. Hard to find. This model is cheap but useless. The correct model is available from Toyota dealers $200.-250. ripoff.

This is not for the temperature module with the arm, this is for your defrosters and changing modes.

Saved about $1600 from having dealer replace with $200 part and $1400 labor. It was difficult tho cause of alignment and you have to contort your body to get in position to do it.
