Don't buy this. I went to use it for the first time and did not work. I found a loose wire so it was damaged by the time I received it.

Amazing!! Best results and great price
I usually don’t write reviews, but this time I decided to do so because I felt that this tool must be rated fairly, and deserve a higher rating than it is right now. I am glad I gave it a try, regardless of mixed reviews. It works perfectly, is flawless, gives great results and the price is unbelievably cheap for such an amazing tool! I don't know why some people have negative experiences with this, I strongly believe they don’t read instructions on how to use it properly because if they would, they wouldn’t have any issues with it.

Bought 2, but one DID NOT WORK!
I opened one of these ribbon cutters new out of the box , inserted 4 new AA batteries and it DID NOT WORK! The 2nd one worked fine. The first one probably had a defective wire. So 1 star for the 1st and 5 stars for the 2nd, comes out to 3 stars.

Works Well but Slow for Large Projects
This heated ribbon cutter and sealer works great once you get the hang of it. It gives clean sealed edges without fraying. It takes a little time to heat up and cut each ribbon. Not the best option if you have a lot of ribbon to cut, but great for smaller projects.

I must admit I was a little afraid of how hot it gets. However, please take your time and don’t get distracted because it’s very hot.

Great Product
A Highly Recommended Tool for Cutting and Sealing RibbonAs a small business owner, I frequently require a tool for cutting ribbon. I've been using this particular product for a year now, and just recently replaced it (which is impressive considering how often I use it). This tool cuts and seals the ribbon perfectly, and I highly recommend it! The only minor inconvenience is that I have to replace the batteries on a monthly basis, but given the amount of use, it's not a major issue.
