I had a destination wedding in Ireland last month, and my biggest hurdle was figuring out how to transport items to my venue. Shipping a box from the US to Ireland appeared extremely expensive, and I wasn't keen on buying massive suitcases that would probably not get used again. Additionally, one bag was going to only be needed one-way, as all of the items inside would be used at the wedding.These duffels were the perfect solution to check on our flight--inside one I fit 8 picture frames, 400 cocktail napkins, flower petals, 60 dinner napkins, programs, menus, canvas welcome bags, gifts, signage, and more. Miraculously, the bag weighed less than 50 pounds (because the bag itself weighs next to nothing), and all the items arrived unscathed.I can see these bags being used for kids going to college, moving internationally, or even storage of things like sports equipment, coats, and bedding. The best part is that they are the fraction of the cost of a suitcase!

For a long time I just lined up handled grocery bags of clothing for our lengthy Cape Cod vacation. It's the sort of trip where you can just pack & unpack over a period of days, going & returning-- and plenty of room in the minivan. Before that, I used those huge ziplox-style bags that you compress the air out of-- very space-saving, but got sick of the way they slip all over the place. So decided to bite the bullet with a return to the long-ago choice of a large duffel bag [which had struck me as sort of chaotic access long ago]. And went with Samsonite after reading reviews of broken zippers for other brands. FABULOUS!! The size and dimensions of this bag are perfect. You can live out of it easily (cottage this time did not have a lot of drawer-space). Items remain folded just as you put them in there in the generous rectangular space. Material AND ZIPPERS are very sturdy.

This bag is really large!! I packed it into my suitcase when I went to Japan, intending to use it for souvenirs. I ended up putting all the fragile souvenirs into my hard shell suitcase, instead, and using the duffel for clothes, in case the duffel got punctured or torn during transit. I also had the hotel secure the zippers with a zip tie. I'd suggest bringing a zip tie because I wasn't confident that the zipper would stay zipped on its own with so much airport handling. After landing, the duffel arrived with zero damage and I'm really pleased with how it held up. I'll probably take it with me on all of my trips.

I fit two large Home Depot totes full of clothes into one of these bags and there is still room for more. The duffels meet the size requirements for airline travel which is why I bought them as I am moving across country. Haven’t travel tested them yet, hopefully they hold up well. I considered getting them plastic wrapped at the airport as an extra measure.

Had this for a year now. Fits a two person inflatable kayak (Bestway Hydro Force), two oars, pump, and one life jacket. Zips up no problem. Amazed every time I get it closed. Not the strongest material against scuffing or cutting so you don’t want to drag it on the ground at all or be too rough. Overall, excellent for storage for the price.

Great bag. Can pack a lot of stuff. Built tough. Unwieldy when full but that was to be expected. Folds down small. Used at the Grand Canyon to carry stuff on the back of mules from the south rim to Phantom ranch and back. End to end zippers help in packing and getting to stuff quickly.

Its very good and enough to carry approximately 23-25 KG of extra wight but only clothes, don't put sharp items inside it or it will ruin the bag. (don't put heels ,knifes , or boxes inside)I recommend it for family and friends, and ended up with purchasing 4 Extra bags for them ;)

I’ve used 6 of these bags to move internationally two times. They are massive and 3 bags can easily hold a year’s worth of a person’s things (mostly clothing, shoes, accessories, small housewares). Given how much they can hold, they can get heavy - I averaged about 48 pounds/bag. It is doable to move them around, but it’s awkward and slow, yet it can be done. At a lighter weight, they’re quite handy. Their soft shell make them quite flexible for traveling logistics. You can get pretty creative getting them onto luggage carts, into cars, and in apartments. Their greatest benefit is how small they pack down when empty. There would be no way to store suitcase equivalents of these. After 2 moves, they have shown almost no wear. Straps and zippers still in great shape. Highly recommend.

It's very light and you can carry extra kgs with you. It's very strong also. I always prefer to carry this on flights.
