Most gorgeous curtains!!
OMG these are just gorgeous. I went back and forth on a few MAUVE curtains and finally pulled the trigger after reading a review that showed 3 different colors of mauve. These are the same shade As the photos. They feel very lustrous and soft. I had an extra and turned it into a bathroom curtain LOL. My mom was floored how my room turned out. I added photos of early in the morning and noon. As you can see the color looks purple when the early light is coming through. Then it turns to the Mauve shade it is. These are so elegant and so beautiful. I’m going to buy my mom some next. The color is very true to a medium mauve. It is indeed a purple tone under it and less of a PINK. there were other brands that had the more copper looks as well that I almost got. But I’m so happy with this! hope this helped anyone struggling haha

Teal wasn’t bright but love forest green
I purchased in teal and forest green, the teal was not as bright or beautiful as the green. It was sort of a faded teal. I returned the teal and kept the green. Feels and looks quality.

Beautiful Sheen & Good light blocking!
This is my 3rd set of velvet curtians from Roslynwood brand & I love them! I have a 4th set on the way because these are so pretty & effective! My review is based off of 3 brands of velvet curtians that I currently use. Since purchasing this particular brand I have concluded that these are a more dense material while being fairly thin & that the "velvet" itself is prettier than the other two brands because of the sheen & neater stitching. I hang them using the rod pockets. I should note that if you plan on using the tabs, which are weird white stringy things, they don't really work like they should & the curtians don't hang evenly. This is the only flaw I have found to date. As far as light blocking qualities the backs are not lined yet if applied to a window properly, by using the proper amount of panels, they do block 75% or more of the light depending on the time of day which is pretty darn good considering I get direct sun rays on the West side of my house for half the day & it can really be annoying. They insulate pretty well & I have found that when used to shield from sun during daylight hours or cold at night they do make a noticeable difference in the temp of the room accordingly like I would expect. Total I have 2 Lavender sets in a bedroom, an Orange / Gold pair on a giant doorway dividing two rooms & the Dusty Rose on an older style glass door all for controlling temps more effectively in an older house & I am thrilled at their effectiveness & efficiency. I use 2 panels for roughly every 32 - 45 inches to get the results I am posting in this review. Also, the lighter the color the less efficient they are at blocking the light so you may wish to increase the amount of panels used depending on color & size of the window. They wash well on cold setting & then I fluff or air dry them on low for a few minutes before hanging them on a line to dry completely. They hang evenly and the stitching is neat & clean. I have other reviews posted for different colors of the Roslynwood brand curtians if you want an idea of some of the other colors I mentioned. I would also like to note that not all the colors I've purchased are in this listing but the brand has multiple listings for their velvet curtians which have different choices if you are interested in a color but don't see it. Decor wise these are elegant & versatile. They would do well to soften a more modern room that may lack texture or complete a look for Steampunk, Victorian, Goth, Classic Traditional, Posh, Glam or even Retro looks depending on the color.I depend on honest reviews to get the best products I can while staying within my budget. I also strive to leave detailed reviews & pics so others can do the same. If this review helped please let me know by clicking the helpful button below!

Quality material and a nice look
These look really nice and complement what we were going for in this room. They are pretty close to blackout which is an added bonus.

Not bad beyond hidden tab issue
I bought two different colors of these as option 1 and 2 out of three for the desired “mauve/dusty rose velvet” curtain I needed. Since things are never what they seem in stock photos or some person review photos I bought what seemed like the best three options based on reviews. If you’re looking for super budget velvet looking curtains these might be for you. UNLESS you plan to use the hidden tab top option for hanging - then you either need to plan for personal modifications because that hanging option is completely uneven and one side of each panel is basically missing a tab.COLOR: I bought both the Dusty Rose and Blush colors to see them in person. The Dusty Rose should really be called Dusty Orchid as it’s more purple than anyone seeking a Rose-ish color might want. It’s a pretty color but I wasn’t wanting any kind of purple cast. The Blush color is literally the color of my old ballet shoes. These are either for a little girls room or a serious bubbly girly girl. They have more of a metallic/silver/white glistening cast to them which the Dusty Rose does not.I bought my third color option under a different brand which was Wild Rose of the HPD panels and they are more of the rich adult color I wanted - leaning more toward a bronze undertone than the pink or purple of this brand. The Roslynwood ones were a bit too purple or baby pink for my space.QUALITY: The fabric quality is fine for this price point. It is soft, velvety, and heavy. The construction of the panel itself is fine beyond the not-great hanging trim strip.LINING: The backing is a blackened version of the front color. It’s not a separately attached blackout fabric, but rather seems more like just the standard back of the velour fabric or some type of dark but not terribly thick coating. They go a good job of blocking out the majority of light and are not at all sheer. Keep in mind that any curtain is going to differ in this area depending on how close you have it to the window itself also. If your panel is pressed up against the window more light will make it through.HANGING: Issues regarding hanging is ultimately what had me wanting to return these right away. It ruined everything good about these for me since I wanted to hang via hidden tabs in pack. The hidden tabs for this curtain (made of many strings and not evenly spaced) were so horrible I felt like literally any other type of hidden tab would be better. It’s like the tabs are off-set to one side and/or are missing one necessary tab. This makes the edges of the panels hang like limp noodles and the created pleating in front isn't as well defined as they should be. If you plan to hang with ring clips or drapery pins this won’t be an issue for you.SUMMARY: If you are looking for velvet curtains, but truly cannot spend the price to get a higher quality brand, don’t need hidden tab hanging, and one of the colors here works for you - these are not bad at all. They really are a good option and I didn’t have any product complaints beyond the tab issue.
