What we hoped for, better than expected!
The stools were easy to assemble and quite sturdy. The foam is pretty dense, hopefully it holds up over time.

Sturdy stools
I needed some stools and was looking for more countertop height than bar height. I needed something sturdy, me and my youngest are big boys. Didn't want something wobbly, squeaky and uncomfortable. After a lot of searching and reading I settle on these. I'm thrilled with the results. The best single word to describes these is "sturdy", absolutely no wiggle. Cushions are thick and substantial, I can sit on these comfortably and confident that they aren't going to collapse or break. Assembly wasn't too bad but it's important to line the cushions up so all 4 screws hit the wood and don't overtighten them. Love these, they serve my needs and fit the design theme and were quite affordable, an exceptional find.

Best breakfast stools
I loved that the chairs were so easy to put together.. the chairs are very sturdy and do not wobble at all. The cushioning on the chairs are also very very cushioned and comfortable. They exceeded my expectations and I am very very pleased with this purchase !

The good and the bad
These chairs look good and seem to be very sturdy and stable. That's the good. There is little or no packing in the box, and one of our legs was bent on the corner. So if the box shows exterior damage, check to be sure your chairs are alright. Assembly of the metal legs and supports ("stretchers") goes well, but some bolts require a little force to get them screwed into the pre-drilled holes. The biggest problem is with the seat. There are no pre-drilled holes in the seat and no guides to help with placement. More importantly, the screws supplied with the chairs are too small. I had to go buy longer ones to attach the seats securely. There is an Allen wrench included to screw the bolts into the legs and supports, but you will need a screwdriver for the screws to attache the seats.
