Barely any damage or wear & tear, even after 4 years of use!
Purchased this wallet back in 2021, held up incredibly well over the past 4 yrs. I'm so impressed with its structural integrity despite it being so cheap. Also doesn't feel fat in my pocket like other wallets do. For reference, I keep 2 cards in the upper slot, 4 cards in the lower slot, then 3 paper bills (folded) in the back slot. I carry the wallet in my pants pocket every day, taking it out at least 2x daily to pay for things. Unfortunately, I think the upper slot lead to my discover card getting slightly damaged due to friction, but it's not too bad. To be expected with an exposed-type design, & might have been due to the discover card's poor build quality anyway.I've attached pics to show its impressive condition AFTER 4yrs, but also how the upper card got damaged.

Long term review. Good, Simple, Worth it
Purchased in July 2020. It finally died in January 2024. So about 3.5 years of life at $15. Decided to write a long term review first when I stopped back here to reorder a second replacement.Carried debit, credit, and 2 IDs daily. Can fit about 2 cards each pocket, for 6, but that kinda defeats the purpose of having only minimal and essential cards. I rely heavily on my digital wallet last few years but still need to carry cards for registers that aren’t up-to-date and my license.Outside edge frays, but doesn’t get any worse or deeper than that (see photos). Card slots might loosen up a bit but absolutely no danger of cards falling out. Never had it happen. Even with my top layer peeled back halfway (happened this week, reason for replacement) card stayed put. I wouldn’t trust it like that, but regardless, it stayed put. If I really wanted to be cheap, I could just peel that layer off and go super minimal and it wouldn’t look damaged. But this held up in my pocket without issue for 3.5 almost 4 years heavy daily use. I would say good construction and material. Not sure if it damages cards or not, because current bank cards have normal wear and tear and are about to expire themselves and still work, the chips are just trash, but that’s normal. Never loaded up the wallet in a bulky way. Kept to the minimum. In a pinch you can slip a business card, key, or whatever in it so it doesn’t get damaged or lost in your pocket or damage your phone screen.Keeps your pockets flat and your cards together and forces you to carry only what’s necessary for daily use. Never really carried cash, so can’t comment, but I imagine you’d get 2 bills max in there after folding them and sacrificing a card.Just use it the right way and it will hold up. I got $0.01/day of use for a quality item I use heavily everyday.

Truly Slim
I've been using a phone wallet case now for an easy decade. Because they're all no-name brands and my last one caused my phone to shatter, I've switched back to a true wallet for the first time since the early 2010s.While I was waiting on this I used my old wallet for a few days. It felt like I had a rock under one cheek. So I was worried and skeptical of this wallet and my satisfaction in it.I have only a few cards BUT I keep a Samsung smart tag in my wallet. Which is, by my guesstimation, about 5 cards thick. If not more. Even with that and 4 cards in my wallet, this thing is still skinnier than a normal, empty wallet. If you're like me and go cash-less and only need a debit card, ID, and a few other things, this thing is very much as advertised.

I won’t buy again, but it’s ok.
The layers have been delaminating for a long time, and I’ve super glued them back together, but after nearly 5 years one pocket was so torn up that my cards fell out. I ripped that pocket off yesterday, and the wallet is still usable but I’m shopping for a replacement.I wasn’t unhappy with this wallet but there are two reasons I wouldn’t buy another one. First, it was always ugly because the layers would separate and tear. Second, it’s not made in the US, and there are dozens of wallets that are. Support domestic production.

It took 3yr of abuse like a champ
TL;DRI'm ordering a second one after three years, since I finally figured out how to destroy my first one. Don't stuff yours to bulging and it should last at least that long, probably longer.THE STORYAfter two years of only showing slight cosmetic wear and tear from daily use, I started getting a little adventurous with how much I tried stuffing into this slim little wallet. Just past the three-year mark here, I'm finding that it is actually possible to cause those rock-solid seams to split. The trick was routinely stuffing 5-10 bills in with my standard 7 cards.WHY THIS WALLET IS GREATIt's durable. I've previously used a wallet made from Tyvek, and that things was truly indestructible (no need for replacement even after getting run over by a car). In comparison, Magpul DAKA gets 4/5 for durability. Compared to a conventional wallet, this Magpul deserves 5/5.It's secure, but not excessively grippy. This wallet slides easily enough into pockets, but it has never let a card slip out in three years, even when almost empty. It's tiny. The thickness of the wallet is basically the thickness of what you put inside it. Holding a few cards and folded bills in this wallet feels the about same in your pockets as if you used a paperclip instead. It's simple. It's affordable. Even after wearing my first one out aggressively, the cost came out around $5 a year.PRO TIPIf it starts bulging, you're probably putting too much into it. To keep it in good shape, limit yourself 5-7 cards and 2-4 bills.

Color received different than any option shown
I ordered grey with black inside. Received black with black, which was not an option shown. The black shown appears to have olive green inside. I’ll probably send it back, but not confident that I’ll receive the correct color on 2nd try. Also, i expected this to be a softer material than it actually is; it’s quite rigid and feels like a combination of rubber and plastic.
