Cambridge Casual West Lake Solid Wood Outdoor Convertible Sofa Daybed, Weathered Gray/Blue Spruce Cushion

Since there is not a lot of reviews I wanted to post one. This thing is heavy and sturdy but surprisingly easy to put together. I did it by myself in 1 hour. Probably half of that hour was unpacking each part as it's very well packaged. There is literally 12 bolts but it's very sturdy. I saw comments that it's hard to put the side arms on, but I just sat on the base (since it was put together first) and it was easy to maneuver. I can imagine if you were sitting on the floor and trying to hold it while you screwed it in that would be much harder.I wanted something I could nap on and this will definitely do the trick. As far as the cushion, it's a tad thin, but not uncomfortable, just not AS comfortable I was hoping. But I have an extra cushion from the swing I took down so it's totally fine. Actually.... it could be that the cushions just haven't fluffed up yet as everything was vacuumed sealed and I literally just finished building so they may plump up a bit. I already HIGHLY recommend this daybed. It looks beautiful on my screened porch. And you can DEFINITELY put it together by yourself single ladies!

So comfy!! Easy assembly. Cushions are very thick and stuffed with dense padding. I did add a waterproof sticker over the exposed bolt holes and rubber protective feet since this is real wood, and applied a heavy layer of scotchgard to the cushions and pillows. I can see this lasting a very long time with proper care. Definitely worth the price for a solid piece of outdoor furniture!

Did not have a large amount of space to work with as back wall was interrupted by the entrance door so just by happenstance my eye caught this item. I read the reviews of several different similar type fold down settees/sofa's but liked the fact that there were complementary items in same color of weathered gray that would pull my porch together. Plus, I'd rather splurge a bit on something that I know I will probably enjoy having. I got the blue color and it is blue - was expecting the 'spruce' greenish color that some reviewers had gotten, but mine was a true soft calm light blue. I'll only need to put one end down if I chose to lie down. Both ends are easy to maneuver - just a slight pull up to have end/arm rest lie flat and up as it locks back into place. I added another 20x20 pillow w/ whale motif and a daisy shaped soft pillow for my dog to rest his head on the side since he monopolizes it most of the time anyway. I'm relegated to the Cambridge rocker - which is nice as it has a modern look to it and doesn't take up a huge front print either. I don't have massive space so these pieces along w/ the round end table are just perfect!

Feels like sitting on a board and the seat is too deep to be comfortable so I had to add pillows in the back. Will also be replacing cushion. Very disappointed.. would have bought the cheaper version had I know. Do love the look and it was super easy to assemble. I’m a 78 year old woman and it took me about 45 minutes

High quality wood, comfortable and thick cushions, and easy to assemble.I did a lot of research for a lay flat outdoor couch and I choose the right one. It is expensive but based on other’s positive reviews and seeing for myself, the price tag is worth the high quality you are getting.

Fairly easy to install. The arms posed the most difficulty part, but with the help of my sister, we got it. No regrets at all!

If you want green then order this, if you want blue don’t. Manufacturer replied it’s the lighting or my eyes. Thankful for great customer service from Amazon because it’s going back.

I was looking for a long time and even tried another similar product that was far inferior. This is a wonderful product - it's comfortable and beautiful and flexible for different uses.
