The material is lighter in weight than I expected, but ok to provide sun protection. However, the Miami floral style turned out much more feminine than I wanted, so I gave this one to my wife. She loves it and it looks good on her. Next time I'll get the one with the big fish. 😎

great gift for my step dad! it just was a little too tight on the average male head - but he still rocks it in the summer by the pool.

This hat isn't as pictured
I would be wary about ordering this. the coloring is off on the hat we received, the hat is a bit small as it wouldn't fit my husband's head. We ended up giving it to our young grandson. Not worth the fight of sending it back but just be warned it is small and if you are expecting a tan or brown color be warned it IS NOT!!!! it's more of an ORANGISH.
