I charged this up and waited for my dog to bark. When he did I pointed it and pressed. it bleeped then my dog barked even more. Kept pressing it but no reaction. Last resort must be you give it to the dog to chew up as that may keep him quite. Will be returning it

We only used it for a week, very good training device, she now listens to commands and obeys, just wish I had got one earlier!!

This has totally changed my dogs behaviour, all are different, but for us this is really working - he may get used to it and the effectiveness could diminish - but currently 1 x press of this and he is by my side!

My dog barks at every noise,but worst thing is when the doorbell rings.Have used it a few times,and when I do she stops and looks at me,but doesn't prevent her barking but does make her stop when she is.

will not recharge this is the first time to recharge as we only use it a little, and it is still completely dead.not worth the money, no way to contact them to ask why its not charging.
