I use this product to prevent or substantially lower the amount of time cold sores last. Alot cheaper and works way better than any topical cream I have ever used.

This has literally saved my life! I wish more women knew about this one. After turning 35 my hormones were a mess and I became prone to yeast infections. Many people told me to get probiotics even my gyno gave me some of his own product/brand and nothing really worked and I was constantly popping pills with no change. Of course I also tried the yogurt, it worked but I mean how much yogurt can I eat? So someone told me about this who worked at GNC but I wasn’t going to pay for GNC prices which also failed me on the probiotic front. I first saw this at CVS and no lies, after about the third day I actually felt the difference and it’s been 2 years with zero problems “down there”. And also I do get some indigestion but not something I worry about but it’s a good bonus. Just be AWARE it is only 1 billion per tablet, so I usually chew 5/6 at night which I read at night is best bc it sits in your system working while you sleep as opposed to the daytime where you might dilute the effects with drinking water n peeing it out, but I’m not sure if that’s very true but that’s just how I’ve been doing it. And they taste great actually so it’s a pleasant intake to top it off.

I was pleasantly surprised on how these tasted and how quickly they worked. My pharmacist always said to take the one you swallow but these work! They taste good, not chalky like tums. By the very next day I was normal. Usually it takes a couple days to get regular but these absorbed quickly. I will repurchase and these are a steal for the price.

My child has digestive issues and this product is wonderful. She takes one a day and her tummy troubles are under control. She also likes the taste and they are very easy to chew and swallow.

This is pretty good chewable probiotic, but I liked the one from American Health better. This one from Nature's Bounty seems to build up a lot of gas in your intestines...which isn't pleasant

I have used this for a few years... We usually start a month before she goes back to school. I find that she gets less sick than other kids in her grade. I love that they are yummy tasting and I just keep them in the fridge. We all take them and it does help whenever we have a little discomfort. Since you can take up to 3x a day it’s just like candy! Specially, recommend this for the kids going to school. You will notice they don’t get as sick as they’re classmates.

I’ve been using these every day to stay healthy while living abroad and they’ve really helped. They also have helped with serious inflammatory acne. When I miss days of taking them I can always see an increase in breakouts and bloating. It says take 3 per day but I only take 1 at breakfast.The only downside is that they have to be refrigerated but they’re cheap and I knew that before purchasing

It sure is helping. Very easy to chew and it is on the sweet side. Not chalky at all. Good value and has what you need to help bring you more back to normal. I do not think I will every be totaly normal, but sure is better then I was. I now have this shipped to be every other month.
