This stuff is awesome. My whole family swears it eases cold symptoms and definitely boosts the immune symptom. Most people I know do not like the taste and cut it with water or sprite. I find it to be a real berry flavor and have no issue with the taste. I take is straight. Though I do chase it with water to make sure it does not stain the inside of my mouth. It will stain if you get it on anything.

I purchased this in hopes of not getting sick as often as I typically do. It tastes good and it appears it will last a long time. I have some questions about how it effects those with autoimmune conditions so I have to talk to my doctor about that. I know several people who swear by this!
