My husband bought this for the gazebo. It’s the small one and works well in the gazebo. The heat output is comfortable. The remote is great to have to adjust temperature. It’ll work just as well in your den. It’s good looking and a lot of people made good comments about it.

When I saw that assembly was required, I got nervous, because that's not one of my strong skills. However, it was easier than I thought it would be. The instruction manual is clear and helpful. My only gripe is that it's not easy to know if the remote understands my commands because the fireplace doesn't immediately respond and the remote gives no sign that it "heard" me. I love the fact that the fireplace is easily movable from place to place as long as you have a free outlet that connects directly to the wall. The heating element is comforting and makes almost no sound. The "flames" are very realistic. I had some questions for the seller, and found the customer service team to be prompt, responsive, and thorough. I highly recommend this product!

Reported to Amazon and they said they could only send me a replacement of the unit and remote (not the remote only). Received the replacement, and again-the remote does not work. Reported to Amazon and again, they said they could only send me a replacement of the unit AND remote. This is a hassle because it means returning 2 huge boxes that I will have to take to the UPS store, if I want to try a 3rd time. The unit is fine, but without a remote control, it should cost less than $200! This is ridiculous and I’m considering giving up Prime membership because of it. Put batteries in the remote correctly and the indicator light doesn’t even come on.UPDATED: the remote is working with new unit and the purchase was eligible for free return pick up from home; happy now. Love that the body is simply black with no digital display or logo. Providing nice heat for a 150 SF area. Quiet. Suggest you test the remote before attaching feet, but definitely don’t test the heat function in direct contact with any surface; it does get hot to touch and needs clearance. So far, so good. It’s a very nice substitute for a real fire.

I loved the fireplace, it looked great. Unfortunately it stopped turning on after less than a week of use.

Was a last minute purchase that shipped super fast compared to others at the time. It’s small, but just as advertised, and fits perfect under a shelf. It heats up the room very nicely for it’s size, and looks nice too.

Loved how it quickly warmed up the space. Fan quickly dispersed warm air throughout the room. Settings are versatile. Liked the classic look of the heater as opposed to a regular wall plug in heater. Seller shipped out quickly too. Overall very satisfied.

I bought this for my 21ft travel trailer. I wanted to reduce and save propane. Not only is it gorgeous, lightweight, small but very mighty! Also the idea of just the fire ambience even when heat not needed. And while heat is on it is not hot to the touch. I am in love with it

The media could not be loaded.  I mainly purchased this product for decoration in my living room. It has enhanced my room. It's very relaxing to watch and enjoy the flames without the heater. Even though the heater works great. It really has a positive effect on my mood. It is light weight and easy to assemble.
