Mizuno Youth Premier Piped Baseball Pants

These pants are great quality.I have a very tough time finding baseball pants that fit my son.He is about 4’10”. Tall and skinny.Youth medium fit in the waist and length.Excellent pants.

If you have a pre-teen kid who doesn't fit into men's pants yet, but has outgrown the kids' section, Mizuno is the answer! My son tried on the men's adult small and they just fit strangely (he's eleven). He's not overweight, he's just between boys and mens sizing. We purchased the xxxl size and they are great, flattering, and just a bit roomy to grow. No other brand has these great extended kid's sizes that I know of.Also, they are nice thick pants and wash really well!

The quality of these pants are great. They have a quilted liner in the seat of the pants for added protection and reinforced knees. He played the whole season without a tear in the knees. The only negative, (the reason for the 4 stars and not 5), is that I sized my son according to their size chart and picked the next size up thinking it might be a little loose on him to be more comfortable. I was surprised to find that these pants fit him snuggly and just to the top of his ankle. Glad I ordered one size up! I would have exchanged them for the next size, but he had a game the next day and couldn't wait.

Our son wears white pants for his team, is primarily a catcher and we have gone through UA, N*ke, Ev0shield, Marucc* and Champ*ro. I think we also had some Rawl*ngs at one point. All have torn, all were hard to get stains out of and got really pilly, especially the Marucc*. We tried these for the first time this spring and we love them! He is a leaner build - 4’9” 73lbs and they fit him wonderfully. They are well built, thick, and comfortable. The best part for me? A little White Brite and detergent and the Carolina Clay is gone.

Not all baseball pants are created equal. These Mizuno pants are some of the best. Tough fabric, reinforced knees, and padded sliding protection make them the ones you want. These pants will definitely last throughout a long season and probably until your kid grows into the next size. My son is 6'0, 135 pounds, and the XXL fit perfectly. Be warned, though, that this model has elastic bottoms; not all kids may like that. Mizuno does make the same style with hemmed bottoms. Great pants - buy them.

This is the Cadillac of baseball pants for boys. I have two boys and when they were both in Little League, I didn't want to pay the additional cost of Mizunos. Now that I have a 13-year-old and he's committed to baseball I am splurging for these, because the quality and the extra padding is truly the best. I have never seen them as inexpensive as the price Amazon offers, and believe me, I've shopped around. I saved $13 off the sporting good stores price, and at least $5 off of the price at any other website...plus free shipping! I'm not saying much about the pants themselves, but just know that these are top quality and should last through more than a season because of their durability.

We received a pair of these used from a family member, so we wanted to get a pair for our other child. We ordered a pair and they are great. They are heavy duty made to last. They haven't worn thinner from sliding yet. They fit nice and seem to be comfortable for him to wear during the game. The belt loops provided us the opportunity to get a cheap baseball belt and make the kids look like pros.
