Easy to use
I use these for my leg exercises that I learned at PT. It really does help when I use them consistently. I guess it would depend on what you are actually using it for. Very easy to use. You just set them up and adjust using the sides.

We have used these hurdles for basketball ball handling skill development. Kids have to learn to keep ball low and correct angles when crossing over; the 12 inch hurdles allows only a small window. These are perfect; light, adjustable and the carrying case is great! Highly recommend
