one of the square pieces is completely cracked down the middle. really disappointed as i was looking forward to it coming intact.

This was so carefully wrapped and packaged. Would purchase again.

I'm just buying my fifth mirror chime. The first four hang on my front lattice enclosed porch. I combined them, two at a time, to make two longer mirror mobiles on either side of the porch. They are gorgeous and add a lot of light for my plants and the cheeriness of the entry.On my back covered patio I have a crystal mobile I've been adding to with dozens of chandelier crystals. It's gorgeous, but always seems to be lacking something (to my eyes). I realized I needed something, like crystal, to hand down the center, the way my real chandelier is designed.Today I realized that I could hang one of these mirror mobiles in the center of my creation. It would multiply all the crystals and reflect even more light. I'm delighted and looking forward to making it happen.Re other reviews: I lay the mobile down on my dining room table and remove the wrappings one by one. It takes a little time, but I had no problem with the unwrapping, no breakage.My mirrors had no scratches.I can't speak to hardiness in weather. My mobiles are below a ceiling, i.e. protected from weather. They are also placed so no one is going to bump into them with a carried object. They are not placed where people would walk under them.An added unexpected pleasure. I can see one through my dining room window when I'm seated in my living room. On the grey rainy days we've been having in Los Angeles lately (thank you, Mother Nature!), the mobiles add a touch of sparkle and light to the view.

Love the chimes. I look forward to buying a new one each year as the mirrors tend to lose their reflection as I’m in a windy area. Love the mirrors- it’s like fairies dancing around the area.

The product was very pretty but in spite of being packaged really well one mirror piece was completely shattered. I needed to put it up right away to deter a woodpecker from destroying the eaves of my house so didn’t ask for an exchange.
