My Genesis Silver is over 20 years old and it was taking a lot to get it started so I purchased this igniter kit. My original was rusted and falling apart. The instructions were easy to follow and I had it changed out in 20 minutes. First try took 2 pushed of the button and it lit the flame. I always use OEM parts and this is why. Perfect fit and operation.

I currently have two Weber grills and owned another which lasted 25 years but finally gave up in a seaside environment. Replacement parts are generally available for a long time, even if a bit pricey. The first grill I bought in 1989 had a frame that rusted out and was no longer available. The grill portion still worked well. I have replaced several ignitors through the years and easy to do - first one might take you a half-hour and you might as well clean the grill's innards while doing it. Just make sure you buy for the correct model since not all are interchangeable.

This product worked exceptionally well. The packaging was immaculate. It was shipped quickly and was a great price for a Weber part. It was a very easy install. I was upset this season when my grill didn’t start. My grill now works as well as it did when I first bought it. If you are having trouble with your grill starting, this is an easy and inexpensive fix. My grill is going on its second decade. I included a picture of what my igniter looked like just in case anyone (like me) cant figure out why your Weber Genesis won’t start.

Bought a garage sale grill that needed a little cleaning and TLC. Ignitor needed replacing and this did the trick. Grill is now good as new.

It's not like the igniter that came on it, but it fits all the holes and works perfectly. Really easy to install. Looked through the instructions and at the dead one on the barbecue. Removed the knobs, 3 screws on the side so I could remove the side table, grills, and flavor bars. Took longer to do that that put in the new igniter.

This new igniter was perfect and now we have our Weber BBQ working well without having to light it with a match.

Nachdem der Zünder des fast schon antiken Weber Grills (wie auf dem 2. Produktbild zu sehen) nicht mehr funktionierte und das Feuerzeug keine sichere Alternative bot, wurde ich hier fündig. (Verkäufer "BIC-WAREHOUSE") Das Set enthält die abgebildeten Teile und der Einbau war mit Schraubenzieher und Zange recht schnell erledigt. Der Grill funktioniert somit wieder einwandfrei und kann sicher gezündet werden. Auf einem meiner Fotos kann man die Verpackung sehen mit Weber Produktnummer "7510". Ob dieser Zünder auch für andere/neuere Grills passt kann somit hoffentlich herausgefunden werden.

This part was ordered and delivered quickly by Dynamex Courier using Prime. It is a genuine Weber part and had detailed instructions for installation and took only 10 minutes to change the old ignitor for the new one. It is a perfect fit and the wires are the correct length, unlike some reviews of the competitive part. It works perfectly and I am happy that I no longer have to use a lighter to start it. Very pleased with quality and quick delivery.
