Such a disappointment
As a kid I use to love the magic 8 ball. When I saw the "Reckon Ball"... immediately felt that nostalgia pop up in my heart. Also was thrilled to see that it was right up my alley with my type of humor. Couldn't wait to get this and share it with the world on my podcast. ...then I received the item and all the magic was lost. The liquid is so dark... you can barley read the words. Occasionally some of the letters are visible...but not too often. I still think the idea of this is right on cue... yet the execution has failed this product. Unless the company can fix the liquid issue and you can read the words... I would not recommend buying this for any reason. You will be highly disappointed. Thank you.

It’s funny…
Bought this to put on my desk in my office. Everyone comes in my office and likes to ask it questions. We all get a kick out of the answers. However, most of the time you turn it over to see your answer, the answer dice, or whatever you want to call it, is stuck in mid position where you can’t read the answer and you have to kind of shake it to get the actual answer to pop up. When it works, it is funny and fun to play with, but can get aggravating when you turn it over and can’t see an answer.

It simply does not work.
I did read the reviews and looks like some people got lucky. Not me, sad to say. I was really hoping to be one of those lucky ones since this would have been perfect for our southern themed Halloween party. The little indicator inside the ball simply does not appear. Something inside there looks like it's trying its best to surface -without success. Such a crying shame as it seemed to be a super cute fortune telling ball. It's going back.

Cheap garbage
This is low budget gift shop garbage. Weighs nothing, feels like cheap plastic, die is almost never readable through window, have to fiddle with it too much to read the result. An excellent idea but is clearly made by a company that values profits over quality and as such has their factory of choice in China crank out subpar eight ball knock offs that I would guess costs Pennies to produce. Great idea, very poor execution.

Poor quality
I absolutely love this comedy troupe and was delighted when I saw the Reckon Ball - however, the quality is awful. I can’t read a single one of the sayings on the cube. I’d like to think I was just unfortunate and got a bad one…
