I received the item quickly from the seller. The box it came in was nice and easy to open. When I opened the box and took out the item in its pillow form, I was impressed with how large and cushy it was. I unzipped the pillow to open it up to the full heating and massage pad and the head and back parts are very cushioning while the seat part is not, but it still heats up. Overall I was impressed since what they post is the internal mechanics of the heating pad on Amazon. It works wonderful for me as I like having the extra cushion, it actually relaxes me and makes me feel a little sleepy.

The media could not be loaded. I use it at my salon shampoo bowl. My clients LOVE IT and constantly comment how nice it is. It’s just vibrating but the rhythm is very calming. I have used it every day I work all day long for 2 years straight and have just now noticed the motor is sounding different and it might be time for another, which I just bought.

The vibration is a little weak. Heating pad function gets warm not HOT. I would prefer a more robust vibration but, with a little positioning to get the motor in the right place and running it for about 45 minutes it did relax some tense , aching muscles. The few times that happened made it worth the price.

This has been great for the massage effect. Much stronger than traditional heating/massage pads but the noise has been quite bit more bothersome no matter what I am trying to do at the time.

Delivered timely. But this is an awful product with no power in the sense that it massages you. This is a misleading advertisement for a product. It makes a lot of noise and just vibrates. This does not massage you. Waste of money

My daughter had scoliosis surgery and this was perfect for the car, the house and even school right after her surgery.

the blanket is soft, however ... it's not what I thought I was buying. the material is fine but the zipper is plastic and cheap and hard to get back together once you roll it out. its worth 19.99 but i paid alot more. the vibration isnt enough for me and my biggest complaint is that the device has a time of 30 minutes.its not comfortable when using it in bed. the vibrating motors or uncomfy. it auto shuts off after 30 minutes and the heat isnt that great. i would recommend spending money on this unless its 19.99 i paid 67 dollars for mine.
