The product is exactly what is described. However, the packaging leaves something to be desired. If you really want 12, you may need to reorder/return. 3 of the cups were broken on arrival. The package did not indicate the contents were breakable, so I do not fault the carrier. Better packing between cups and better package labeling would be better. 9 is plenty for me, so I am not returning them. They are still good for the price.

These are as described, and worked well with my recipe. My only problem was that while the box arrived undamaged, two ramekins inside the box were broken into many pieces. I did not have time to deal with the inconvenience of returning the item, and didn't need 12 anyway....nevertheless, it is irritating.

The packages arrived and one of the ramikins were cracked. I’m unsure who to contact regarding it but I did place these in the dishwasher top shelf. I used these in the oven for Easter dinner and they were perfect.
