Multi Grip T-Bar Row Handle

This is the only landmine T-bar attachment I need. This is really a robust and well made bar. The only thing that can be improved upon are that plastic handles aren't tightly attached to the bar and sometimes slip. However, that can be easily remedied using some creative ideas like putting some tape underneath to create a tighter fit. Overall excellent product!

So many variations to my rows! The bar was easy to assemble and is very sturdy! Love the grips too!

So the construction and hardware are acceptable. The handles work well even with 4x45 lb plates on the bar. The two reasons this ins't getting 5 stars: Product was shipped with bead-blast medium inside the bar and inside the packaging, it got all over my house and garage when I was moving the box through the house and unpacking it in the garage... not fun. The second issue is that the outer-most handles are positioned with the angle facing upward rather than swept rearwards which is somewhat awkward and not the typical orientation. It happens to be fine and doesn't cause any real issues or pain in my wrists but it would still be better if the handles swept rearwards instead.

Very sturdy and comfortable to use. The 3 grips give you a nice variety of muscles to hit. I would highly recommend it. Also made in the USA!!!

This piece had so much promise, but its poorly designed. If you use it with 45 pound plates, the plates will bump in to the handle- so you can't load it up with enough weight. You have to use 35 or 25 pound plates and you run out of room. If it was built with just one additional inch of clearance, it would be fine. But as it is- it's useless.See the demo pictures in the ad. It's being demonstrated with NO WEIGHTS.

Works great on my landmine. You can get areally get a great back contraction and the multiple grips are excellent, love this thing. Works better than my Powertec leverage T-bar row as the angle and solid feel allows you to really focus on a solid back contraction.

Excellent product and doesn’t run against your legs or interrupt your range of motion!
