Green Arrow 9: Outbreak

A+

While this isn't quite as good as the Jeff Lemire run (which wasn't riddled with abnoxious white guilt from the author), this is a much better volume than the awful last two volumes of the run. I was half expecting Deathstroke to just be chucked into the book similar to how volume 7 was handled, but it was actually handled very well and he felt like he was necessary to move the plot. Overall the plot was interesting and every character had a role to play. It was also neat that they put issue one of Rebirth in there as sort of an added bonus, even if the art of awful and the story seems rushed, it's a welcome addition.

This was an OK arc. Overall it was a bit dragged out. Not exactly an arch you'd expect at the end of a series.
