Great service
I bought this product and only one battery work. I contacted them and they gave me a full refund. I really would have been happy with an extra battery but they refunded the total purchase. I am changing my one star too five because of their excellent customer service. I really enjoy this product and would recommend it. They treated me very fairly

Great drone to learn the basics on.
For the price, you get durability, easy to learn, fun to fly Wether this is first drone or adding another to your collection it's a good buy. Better to get this drone to learn the basics, then to get a really expensive one to crash an burn with. Trust me I'm talking from my experiences learning to fly these things lol.

My grandson loves it. The only downside, batteries run out in a half hour.

Disappointing
At fist it was going great! Everyone was having fun and smiling. Then the first blade fell off after about 10 minutes so we replaced it and didn’t think about it, then another one. We replaced that one, then another one. An do soon enough we didn’t have any more replacements. I tried to reach out 2 different type of ways no one responded. So yes it was very disappointing

Good for beginners
Has a short battery life. Can fly out of range control. I gave this to my 5 year old grandson. He practiced in the house first.

Not worth it
Fresh out of box no instructions. Scanned the box to download app and did not assist with troubleshooting. Watched few YouTube videos, felt little better. Get the mini in the sky and it's gone.
