i love the way the collar looks however it slowly loosens over a few days and we have to tighten it often so that it doesn't slip off our pups neck. He is a large dog so I am sure him pulling on leash is contributing; however, I wish the design held the position better.

This is a very durable collar, with two dogs, that translates into them pulling on each other by the collar , And so far it has held up extremely well

both my boys have the canvas lined collars like this one and they are the best. they get into everything from water and mud to vines and thorns. these have held up very well and are the quality I've come to love and expect from carhartt.

I loved how tuff and durable this collar is and what touches dog is soft and comfortable. Leash hoop is strong and so easy to use. The buckle latch snaps tightly. This cutie is hard on collars but this collar will withstand her abuse. DOWNSIDE: THE LOOP AND METAL ADJUSTABLE PARTS RUB OFF BLACK ON MY WHITE DOG. For the price I'm not pleased. Didn't use till past return window. I would not recommend, unless you have a black dog, NOT!
