I've really enjoyed eating these with a mix of nuts, grape-nuts and other fibre/protein extras
Rather than just eating yoghurt on it's own I've been adding my own mix of seeds, nuts, grape-nuts etc that boost the fibre and protein mix in a morning. I've really enjoyed these and will certainly get them again.
