Purchased this for a friend of mine that wanted to start to decorate cakes. She absolutely loved this and it was such a reasonable price for a person who first wants to have very basic tools at hand.

I bought this since I loved the idea of the deco pen as well. It's a pretty nice deco kit. But I wish they had another piping bag and instructions on how to assemble it. I had to come back to the the amazon product page and look at the pics to figure out how to assemble it since this was my first time decorating a cake. Another piping bag would be nice to make this kit complete. It was a mess trying to wash and dry the bag to start on the next color for the cake...

I'm comparing these tips to the Wilton tips I own. You do get what you pay for, low price for low quality. There are seams and the metal is very thin, much thinner than the Wilton tips I own. I just hope the tips are truly made of stainless steel. I'm not sure if it's worth the trouble to return them.

I bought this set to start practicing piping, and you can't beat that sale price. These feel like quality made icing tips and the variety is a perfect cure for my boredom. This may seem like a small thing, but I didn't realize the slots in the case are adjustable! This is a fantastic feature. I'm able to pair up my tips in a slot which leaves room for the piping bag and brush, couplers, and extra slots to fit ALL in the case! Digging this whole set!

For the price, it is a nice set for the home baker. Not the finest quality, but a good organizing storage kit. Very nice bag, lots of tips.

Savvy Kitchen is the best! They sent me a PDF instructions on how to decorate cakes. The delivery was perfect and fast. I would use them for all of my cake decorating needs!
