It is a flimsy little tutu but it still looked adorable on our pug. She borrowed our other pug’s hat.

Cute but ties not elastic
Slips easily off my dog. It ties and you can't really get it right enough. I added velcro so should be good for halloween

Cute and fit our 50 lb dog
Our dog wore this to a Mardi Gras parade and won a prize because so was so cute in it. It’s not top quality but just for fun. I pinned it to her harness to be sure it stayed on because she’s very active. There isn’t much available for med- lg dogs so I was happy with this

Pirate hat is sold separately. Fits a 20-pound pug that liked to wiggle out of it. She looked fancy for a new year's eve party though.
