Niteangel Anti-Slide Acrylic Wooden Cloud Series Hamster Wheel Platform (Small)

I’m getting my first hamster soon and as a result got A LOT of items from Niteangel. Unfortunately I got the wrong stand for my wheel. I just matched the pictures of the wheel I got (fully transparent super silent wheel) instead of matching the name of the product in order to get the right stand size. I was really confused until i reached out to the company and they showed me where I went wrong. Without me asking the company sent over the right stand size even though I was fully in the wrong at no extra charge and without me having to send back the old wheel. Because of this experience I am very satisfied in not only the product but the company as a whole as well. (some legs of the table are loose but one layer of the tape they provide fixes this issue really well so it’s not really something to complain about since they sent the solution to the possible problem)

The wheel fits perfectly on the wheel stand. But the attachable legs don't fit securely on the leg stubs hence falling right out when holding it up in the air and the legs being very unstable and falling out when placed in the cage on top of loose uneven bedding.I fixed this issue by gluing the legs onto the platform permanently. Now it's completely fine since the legs are stuck in place.Another thing I thought could've been better is that the platform is thicker than other Niteangel platforms, which made it impossible to use the Niteangel ladder on this wheel platform. I wanted to connect the ladder directly to the wheel but the opening on the ladder was not wide enough to be secured at the edge of the platform. I wouldn't consider this a flaw or a big issue, but just thought it would've been perfect if it did fit.Otherwise, it does the job once the legs are glued in place!

I love this platform so much. It’s incredibly sturdy and feels like it’s made of real quality wood. The base and legs are super thick and hold really well. For anyone having issues with the legs staying on, use the provided paper tape to wrap around the dowels ONCE OR TWICE (more than that and you’ll have trouble getting them in likely) and they should fit really snug and hold on well. I haven’t had any issue with my gerbil chewing it down or ruining the legs since theyre so thick and he cant get his teeth around them. Super incredibly helpful to have if you have a wheel in their enclosure. My gerbil’s wheel kept getting buried down by the bedding and he was never able to use it. This is super sturdy and keeps the wheel JUST above the bedding so he can still climb on perfectly :) Really great addition to their enclosures if you have the space.

The legs don’t all fit the same, so try attaching them at different connection points and then it’s great

This stand is perfect for stabilizing your wheel in your cage so your Hamster can safely burrow under your wheel and keeps it from tipping or hurting your hamster

So I gave this product 4 stars because it's very nice and it does the job, however the pegs don't fit perfectly in place. It's NOT so much a problem that I sent in back and I'm still happy with the purchase.

I love this stand. I had some issues with the first one I purchased, but this company is amazing and made sure to correct the issue very quickly. Will continue purchasing from this brand. :) I've found it very hard to find companies that make good quality hamster items, but this company exceeds my expectations. I have a very happy hammy thanks to them!

The stand is necessary if the bedding is more than 8 inches thick, but it doesn’t fit well with it’s own brand. (Slightly smaller for the bottom of the wheel)

Looking to have a healthy happy hamster? Go with Niteangel! Avoid plastics and dangerous woods like pine, Amazon is littered with these “safe for hamster” products. They’re not! Please consider Niteangel for your new family member and if you cannot afford it please wait until you can. I lost two hamsters with detolf cage setups and colourful cheap wood and plastic play lands. Encourage a natural habit to make the animal happy!

Great wheel stand

I have bought many products from niteangel this one is okay, I have nothing but problems with the leg coming off the base. I'll have to glue it. But it is sturdy once and overall good product

I love Niteangel and have many of their products for our hamster but this wheel stand has not been good. First, it’s pricey…but we invested in the Niteangel wheel and I liked the idea of it being elevated. It’s a beautiful product but the legs are not stable. I’ve had to return 3 stands now. The pegs keep breaking and the legs will not stay on.

One leg wont stay on at all. Tried everything and keeps falling off. Peg is broken too
